Wednesday 27.01.10 - Green

BREAKFAST: egg salad sandwich - 80g w/m bread (hexb + 3 syns) chopped egg with extra light mayo (0.5 syns), lettuce, tomato and cucumber plus fruit salad of melon, strawberries, pear and kiwi

LUNCH: greek salad - 28g reduced fat feta (3 syns), tomatoes, cucumber, onion and olives (1 syn)

DINNER: green beans, spinach and a concoction of quorn pieces, mushrooms, peas, onion, garlic, extra light philidelphia (hexb) and stock..... grotesque dinner *never make again!!*

SNACKS: grapes, banana, skinny cow (4.5)

no! lol

i made the sandwich for lunch but when i got to work i wanted the sandwich rather than the fruit. i ended up eating both as i had a 2 hour meeting at 12pm where lunch was being provided. i ate a banana and some grapes at the meeting......there was CAKE there but i avoided it :)
 
Oooh well done! I usually cave cus those buffets have tiny pieces of cake and I think "one won't hurt".
 
too close to weigh-in to cave in. if it was last friday i may have been tempted!

my colleague said twice in the space of about a minute how nice the cake was, then she apologised as she knows i'm on a diet. lol bless her!

Friday 29.01.10 - Green

BREAKFAST: chopped pear, banana and grapes with 0% greek yogurt and sweetener and hi-fi bar (hexb)

LUNCH: jacket potato with beans and cheese (2 x hexa and 1 x hexb)...bought from sandwich shop - they went a little OTT with the cheese!

DINNER: pasta with half tin lidl macaroni cheese stirred in (3 syns)

SNACKS: beef space raiders (3.5 syns), 3 x minimilks (4.5 syns)

Saturday 30.01.10 - Green

BREAKFAST: w/m bread (hexb) quorn bacon and brown sauce (1 syn)

LUNCH: cheese and broccoli pasta'n'sauce with added mushrooms and quorn pieces and grated cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese (hexb)

DINNER: lemon and black pepper quorn escalope (7 syns), ketchup (0.5 syns), mushy peas, w/m toast (hexb), cheese (hexa) and tomato ....must plan dinner better

SNACKS: 2 x minimilks (3 syns)

SYNS: 11.5

Sunday 31.01.10 - Green

BRUNCH: w/m bread (hexb) cheese (hexa) and pickle (1 syn)
and microwave syn free crisps

DINNER: quorn tikka masala (1 syn), saag aloo (1 syn), rice, 1 tsp mango chutney (1 syn) and WW mini naan bread (5.5 syns)

SNACKS: dessert - strawberries with sweetener, 0.5 syn jelly and 0% greek yogurt with sweetener and vanilla essence, melon, pineapple

Monday 1.02.10 - Green

BREAKFAST: large portion of Melon (SS x 2) and pineapple (S)

LUNCH: Sag Aloo (1 syn) and a jelly pot (0.5 syns)

DINNER: Falafel (3 syns) in wholemeal pitta (hexb) with extra light mayo (0.5 syn) and a greek salad of 7 olives (1 syn), watercress(S), tomato(S), cucumber(S), pepper(S), onion(S) and feta cheese (hexa) plus potato salad made with extra light mayo (0.5 syns)

SNACKS: orange(S)

SYNS: 6.5

SPEED FOODS: 9 :D

soooooooo it looks like i might be losing my job :( we had a team meeting today and we were told that they have to make cuts due to funding. my team of 7 is going to be made in to a team of 4!!! :( i have to be reinterviewed at the end of the month..... and there was a big chocolate birthday cake in the office which i managed to resist! was tempted to shove my entire face in it though!
