Day 6 tea
Pasta with tomatosouce and cheese.
As I did not make it I will syn it by 5. Not very sure what was in it and cheese will be (he)
Plus I did not make photo- just was so hungry by the time I could think again my plate was empty :)

Late night snack…
Half of beef burger with cheese :(

Im upset with myself. If I add all the tasting I did yesterday I would say I failed very badly.

Now as you know I weight every morning and I felt like crap today - I have gained 4 lbs. And I have weight in tomorrow. After only last week I won Women of the Year award and now Im going there with 4 lbs gain.

Not really sure whay Im gaining - as lets be honest , half a burger not even weight 4 lbs so yes it can be one of the reason but there must be something else too. For two weeks I feel like everything I have stays with me. Lol.

One reason is work- outs too. Bev 20£ is very ok. I have even 3 gyms next to me :) One is 14£ a month but as I understand only man goes there so I will pass it. Then there is 2 other gym's both of them are 29£ a month no contract. Not much at all but as I dont know how much I will get paid as I was away I will have to wait another week. Work out at home but as I think I need more pushing. :)
Sadly I had to stop taking personal training too

Ah anyway - No hard work is ever lost -
So I will try again, will be better and will get there one day or another :)

Day 7

I have been thinking of taking Success Express for a week to help me get back on weight loss and maybe hit my august goal :)

SE means that I will have to fill 2/3 of my plate with superfree foods ( fruit and veggie) and 1/3 free food.
Usualy I have 1 choice from bread and cheese. Now I could get 2 choice of bread and cheese.
Syns should be counted the higher Syn value wherever they differ.

So here we go - first day and last day of this week
Day 7
Breakfast

Omelete, cottage cheese, salad and watermelon. Coffee - free, as I use milk from my (he)

sorry to hear about work! Some people when they have a title turn into a right k**b, i think they are k**bs before they get the title. But get like a 1,000 times worse after... :( good for you though for wanting to make a change. Thats where its needs to start, in school. Teach them good habits from a young age :) I salute you for wanting to make a difference :).
I see your going to change your diet plan. Maybe that will make a difference, you can always go back to what your doing! You have lost 5 STONES on it :)
either way, i will watch, support, and motivate as best i can from the side lines :) xx

I've had some really weird weight loss weeks too. Lost 1lb when I should have lost 4-5 (it was a two weeker and mathematically I defo lost 2.5lbs a week in calorie deficit) then the next week ate everything and lost 4 or 5 or something. Too weird!

I'm sure you have not put on 4lbs!! As you say, it's impossible!!!

Great things going on here! Fluctuations, and that is my only word on the matter!! Rita, remember when you got slimmer of year and how jublilant you were. Hold on to that feeling because there is just one way and that is down. YES.
Hez may I say you hit the nail on the head with the sous chef! Give some people a little bit of power and it goes to their head. Hope you are doing ok.
Blondcat, you little rascal, I can tell you are a winner!! Loads of positives. I lost 1lb this week but then I did cave in to too many dodgy carbs. Eek
Anyway, have to go and watch perfection on tv, a serious reminder I am ageing rapidly.

Snacks were fruit.

Ofc I had to taste some foods too and god they were so nice but I honestly think this did stay all in syn value and I will say I was on plan :)

Tomorrow morning I have WI and will see how well I did. Fingers cross for maintain :)

To be honest , I would want something more. But Im so hurry that could not just enjoy my food, have to run to bus. Got one yogurt with me.

Now - we had a great sw meeting today. Great tips there too. Will try some. And first tip I'll do is to put down on your diary what you want acheve this week and what will you do to get there.

This week I want 3,5 pound loss. That would take me to 120 kg. What is my mini goal. To be 120 for my birthday. My bday is next week and there is no room for slipping this week. :)

To get to my goal of 3,5 lbs loss I will be 110% on plan. SE all 7 days. I will drink 3 cups of green tea every day. I will drink 1 liter of water every day. I will have only 2 cups of coffee a day ( oh, I already had todays two :p )
I will write down everything in here. Share photos. And I will smile every day and I will believe I have choise -power ( another great tip, not will-power but choise power and we all have buckets and buckets full of chose power ) to do this for me. To enjoy my bday, shine and new 120 or less. :)

Honest portion was little to big but O eat all as Im sure we get busy and then I have no time to eat.

I still need to drink 1 cup of green tea - already made it and 0,75 l water. And I need to go to place where even kings go themself's :)

Glad to report that I was on plan. :) Even manage to drink all the tea and water.
SE says 3 meals a day, but I need more idas. Will searsh tomorrow :) so far all my meals look alike. Anyway
Day 1 diner
Melon. Carrots and beans. Potatoe wit tuna and mayo. Need to look syns up at home. Edit ; mayo 5 syns. Wow thats a lot. Wount eat that rver again :)
