That's good that you stuck to fruit and squash and was ok :0) wow plenty of activity anyhow for you then! No wonder there was no time to think about snacking!

thin crust piece of Farmhouse Bread (2PP), 3 tspns Butter (3PP)

'Lunch' - Garden Cream Tea! - Total 12PP - one Cherry and Sultana Scone (5PP), 2 tspns butter (2PP), 2 tspns Jam (3PP), squirt of Spray Cream on each half (2PP), dash of Milk in Tea (0PP)

(Popped to Sainsburys and to the Garden Centre before this and a lot of willpower had to be called into play! This wasn't the planned lunch, but the thought of coming home and sitting in the sunshine with it got me past the sesame snaps, fudge, crusty french stick, gateaux etc.,)

Tea - Roast Pork, Gravy, Roasties, Veg and Yorkies! Total 14PP - 2 slices Pork (4PP), 6oz Potatoes (4PP), roasted in Halogen Oven with tspn Olive Oil (1PP), half Parsnip (1PP), Carrots and Sprouts (0PP), Gravy (2PP), 2 small Yorkies (2PP), Apple sauce (0PP) Was going to have some fruit afterwards, but too full!

Snacks - piece of hubby's Cherry Nougat - counting as 2PP

Drinks - Water, Nas Squash, Green Tea

APS earned today - 3 for gardening - gardening is one of the activities on the WW online tracker, so have counted 3 for half an hour today, and the same for yesterday. Was out there for quite a bit longer than that, but had a few rest stops and had to try the new seat out! I'm not planning to use them anyway, but feel a bit better seeing some APs there! LOL.

I did pick up the sesame snaps (one of my faves) 4 times and put them back down again/again/again/again. :D Surprised I didn't get a store detective on my tail! Made do with a piece of hubby's cherry nougat instead which was very nice - lots of cherries in it - wondering if it counts as one of my five a day? ;)

Breakfast - Cheesy Marmite Toast and Grapefruit - Total 9PP -
2 slices Sainsbury's Multi-seeded loaf (yum - love having 'proper' bread!) weighed in at 3oz so (5PP), 2 cheese triangles (2PP), scraping Marmite (0PP), half a Pink Grapefruit (0PP), tspn sugar - bit less actually, but counting as 1, (1PP), Milk in coffee (1PP)

Lunch - Spicy Couscous - Total 5PP - half a pack of Aldi Spicy Couscous (5PP), Tomato (0PP), 4 Olives (0PP), chopped Chilli (0PP), Banana (0PP)

Tea - Burger - Total 13PP - was planned to be a Turkey Stir Fry, but we needed to go to the dump with the first car full of garden rubbish, then Halfords for hubby's cycle helmet, then B & Q for a few plants... by then it was 8.30pm and really didn't fancy cooking after the drive home, so went to McDonald's. Hubby had a Big Mac Large meal and a strawberry shake - I managed to stick to just the Big Mac, no fries or drink - which comes in at 13PP, so was pretty pleased with that. It's around the same PP as the stir fry would have been with the sauce and the rice - not as good for me though!

Bahhhhh! It's raining again! The forecast says rain all day - pah! Hubby has a really short 'day' at work today and will be home around 11am, so was hoping to eat in the garden and then do some more garden tidying etc. Doesn't look like that will be happening!

Foodwise - tea will be the Turkey Stir Fry that I didn't have last night, not sure about the rest of the day, not had brekkie yet.

Well it did stop raining, but the car exhaust had broken in half when hubby got home, so we had to head straight down to Slow-Fit, er I mean Fast-Fit, after lunch, and spent the best part of two hours there! Then as we were out in the car anyway we had loaded it up with another load of garden rubbish, so another trip to the dump it was - I do see life heh? :D

Stopped off at Lidl's on the way home for some bits and bobs.

OK with that though as clocked up another 5 APs today - 2 on half an hour of Yoga and 3 on various Wii fit exercises, which made my total APs for the week 29. 5 of those used leaves 24 remaining.

Looks like a great day! Well done on all the exercise, that's fantastic!

Thanks Jaly - I used to have a home gym years ago and was really into exercise, but had lost that enjoyment and motivation - seems like I have it back! I took my measurements yesterday and very little had changed over the last month apart from my thighs, which I was a bit disappointed with - as my jeans keep falling down so I was expecting to see the tape measure showing it. My hubby says I have definitely lost some of the pudgy bits at the back between waist and hips, so perhaps that is why the jeans keep going south! I didn't take my measurements at the very beginning which is a shame - first measured about 2 months ago, but I found an old skirt which fitted my waist snugly where it touched at my biggest and it is 7 inches bigger round the waist than I am now! Woo-hoo! And my thighs have gone down by 3 inches each since the middle of May, so overall I'm pretty happy. :D
 
Morning! Am still on the web (since 8.00am!) looking through Minis and the WW site! By now I should have had breakfast and exercised, done two loads of washing and began to tidy up my hallway! Oh well!

I have entered yesterday's one pound loss into the online tracker and it wants me to reduce my points to 27! I still have over 6 stone to go... have posted a longish post here about it http://www.minimins.com/weight-watchers/287960-ww-tracker-wants-me-reduce-propoints-27-daily.html if anyone wants a read and to add a comment or two! All thoughts gratefully received!
