Food for today, Wednesday 9th October
Breakfast - yogurt with my rice and fruit mix, two cups of earl grey with milk
Mid morning - 1 ounce of tropical dried fruit mix and a coffee with milk
Lunch - pizza, same as last night's dinner - made extra, ready for today, cherry tomatoes, packet of cheese and onion crisps and five prunes (out of fresh fruit, but five prunes = 100 cals. Eeek! Think I may just take extra cherry toms instead!)
In the office after school - 3 Thornton's collection sweets, brought back by a pupil from their holiday
At home after school - gluten free ginger cake slice, coffee and cream
Dinner - three gluten free sausages, baked beans, mash and fried onion, jack daniel's bbq sauce
To test it out - half a thin sliver of the home made gluten free fruit cake with a little butter. Was pretty good - OH said it tasted like cake. Oh well, that's alright then!

Cals were 2090/2160 before the fruit cake. Haven't worked the calories out for it yet, but I reckon MFP and I can call it quits today!
