It was pitch black & 3 degrees when I left this morning!

Time to start making some nice soups for lunch - warm up me bones.

Had a nice wee easy day & an early finish today.

Came home & made myself a nice lunch all for 5.5 syns.

Just waiting on the hubby getting home now then will decide what to have for dinner.

Did the worst thing ever this morning & that was to jump on my house scales & they show a 2lb gain - wahhhhhhhhhh

I was back down to the same this morning thankfully! Hopefully will have another wee 1lb or so gone in time for Saturday WI.

Well guess what!?!?!

I lost.............0.5lbs!

I am accepting now that this is the pattern my body is choosing to take.

Every other week I will be expecting the 0.5lb loss now.

11lbs in total gone!!!

Woo hoo!

Oh Lordy I was awfully drunk last night & today I am treating myself to a Pizza Hut for dinner.

I'm feeling alright now, just watching the walking dead then goin to bed for work in the morning.

Right back on plan tomorrow.

Had a great weekend just overindulged slightly!

It will all sort itself out in the end.
