Oh it was terrible but for all the right reasons.
I had 2 cheese scones with lurpak, packet of discos, few after eights.
Cooked dinner & had starter fish cakes & chicken satay sticks - main was chicken gang panang with jasmine rice but I swear I had 2 mouthfuls & felt ILL!
Think it was just all the buttery, cheesy yumminess & my body was like woaaaaaaaaaaaaah what are you feeding me!
So all in all it wasnt even a full fat day - this is a good thing though & I think I have learned my lesson - all this fatty food is not good for me!
Lets just hope I remember that next Saturday LOL
Back on track today & feel so much better.
Now just trying to figure out how to add my wee 7lbs loss sticker to my signature & for the life of me cant do it - grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Any ideas anyone I want to display it with pride!
