Lou ... I think we need the naughty bits to make us think ...WAIT...that's wrong! We know it and we change it now rather than just going yeah whatever ;)

I'm doing really well managed to stay 100% whilst having a TOTM that lasted 16 days :( it's given me a boost as if I can stay on track whilst I'm on then I know I can do it when I'm not :D

Which is the times I really use to struggle with whilst on LT :( but this time I didn't wobble and fall off the wagon so 1 to Me ;) and 0 to temptation!!!!

Thank you hun.... its easy this re~feed lark... so nice to be eating proper food again :) and its teaching me about good foodsand portion sizing too :D xx

Tru I am chuffed to bits for you! At last you have found THE diet for you! well bloomin done, you so deserve it as your such a trier and never give up! A stone off I see so thats excellent babes... I can see you being a very slim bride darl.... well done again xxx

Well I feel a little bit redundant atm... doing my re~feed and its going well into my 2nd week... although having to watch portions and nibbling!!!!! Some problems/habits never disappear do they?! Anyway battling forward and loving the "skinny remarks" although from from skinny... still lots of abdominal and thigh fat to shift!!! eeekkkkkk Back to the gym and swimming this week too :) xx
 
Yeah via the Lipotrim Miantenance products starting tomorrow :D They are geared up naturally toward GI/GL in anycase so will lead nicely into GI for life after I`ve got to goal.... excited... just havin a wee mini blow out (naughty I know) oops.... lol xx
 
yeah true hun.... not gonna beat myslef up.. BUT still need to learn to reward myself differently!! lol xxx

 
A STS this week.... ooohh this colour is hard on the eyes!!!! hee hee... anyways Period looming, got the niggles as I sit here and supposed to be going swimming shortly...:O Booked in at the gym for 2 hours on thurs too.... got my maintenance products and had a bar for brekkie... quite nice :D xxx
 
Oh YES!!!! Dee :D I will..... just got back from swimming did 45 lengths and 45 minutes, pretty chuffed with that for saying not been in ages!!! Gym & toning chairs 2 hours session booked for thursday.... 1 bar and 1 orange drink maintenance products down the hatch from brekkie and lunch... looking forward to a nice healthy tea later.... 2 pints of water consumed so far, plus 2 de~caff coffees..... off to fetch my princess from nursery now... Byeeeeeee xxxx
 
No I`m having 2 products and 1 meal, I`ve spoken to Val at Lipotrim and she says this is fine if I want to still "lose" weight.... I don`t want to "maintain" hence NOT havinng the products breakfast and lunch BEFORE proper food. Its all been okayed for me... :)
 
Must say not terribly keen on the choc whip... bit cloying in texture... reminds me of instant whip desserts... yack! Think they will be going back!
 
Unless I`ve massively misunderstood ?? You`ve got me wondering now... yesterday I was fine, had my bar in morning, orange drink for lunch before swimming....started to get hungry about 4pm ish... so had a little bit of meat... then at tea time had a 100% grilled beefburger with large mixed salad, 3 tiny new potatoes with balsamic and garlic dressing. The had some supper later and I had a small bowl of berries with low fat yoghurt and agave syrup (low GI sweetener) drizzled on top.... (THIS was a treat as wasn`t actually hungry) SURELY this is fine if i`m ok??
I`m sure I havent misunderstood though... but will ring Val again to double check. Ankesh would have questioned the amount of products I bought though surely? as he would know they werent enough.... gonna ring Lipotrim xx
 
Just spoken to the wonderful Val and she says technically yes its correct to eat something low cal after breakfast and lunch... but the way i`m doing it is fine too cos i`m eating "normal" food in the evening on its own. She has advised me NOT to eat fruit late in the day... as it may make me hungrier 1st thing in the morning... but i explained I`m fine this morning and most mornings my stomach doesn`t "wake up" till about and hour and half after I have! so she said it might be ok for me then.... shes lovely to chat to girls.... explains everything really well. Cos this mainenance plan is LOW GI principles, high fibre low GI, its easier to feel fuller for a lot longer :) xx
