OH MY GOODNESS ME!!!!! I`ve lost 13lb`s this week!!!! WOOOHOOOOOOO GET IN!!!!! so thats the 8lb`s I`d gained off + another 5lb`s I am one happy girl as that makes my total weight loss now of 7 STONE 2lb`s = 100lb`s of wibbly wobbly ugly fat gone forever!!!! HAPPY girly today

Not the best week, as coming up to my period and getting some craves!!! couple of "blips" so not expecting a great weight loss this week and tbh think I`d be being a bit greedy after last weeks mega loss in any case lol.... Off swimming today with a buddy this time, who walks 8 miles every day and swims 70 lengths in 45 mins so me and her pretty matched in the pool so will be able to spur one another on..... love to you hunni pie you keep strong too and don`t let TOTM get you down, or the bread issue babes XXX

Hey peeps I have FINALLY wacked on some pics of me at my biggest before starting Lipotrim or any serious attempt at losing weight !! At my biggest I was almost 20 stones!! I will soon be taking more updated pics of me to show my loss now I`m 7 stone 2lbs down.... I have pics showing me at a loss of 5 odd stone, so need to update really... My trouble is gettin someone to take my piccy LOL xxx
