My LIPOTRIM JOURNEY Louloubelle

Awww thanks Dee... I see it myself now and feel the differance BIG time... I walk everywhere, I don`t worry about how far it is to walk too, or worry about what i look like. yesterday I got chatted up in sainsburys by a "lad" must have been in his 20`s (my sons age) I was made up.... hee hee... little things Dee eh.
My feet still hurt me, but nothing like they did... i`m not crippled by a walk anymore.. it got so bad i would be layed up off my feet for days on end if I tried to walk anywhere significant.. so for me this has literally been a lifesaver!!!! PERIOD!!!! I love the new me, and I am certain my little girl will benefit soooo much from having a slim fit mummy, instead of one with severe mobility issues!!!!
dee you are amazing and you look so pretty too hunny.... (not that you wasn`t before of course!!!!)
We are both just better versions now darl :D xxxxx

I know.... being more active is amazing..... I think I'd forgot how good that feels!!!

Lol...

X

So.... a STS this week... thats fine by me as its my TOTM in anycase... BUT managed to get 50 lengths in the pool monday before my TOTM started and a weekend walk... so next weel should show a loss....

Go, Lou! Lovely to be getting more active. I'm over 6 stone down so really enjoying the ease of movement. Strange I didn't really feel constricted when I was fatter - and it took c4stone off to feel a change.

Have a great week,

Golly I really must get get back to those swimming lessons! 50 lengths?!! My mind boggles!! And well done on staying put on the scales despite Mother Nature's best efforts!! x

Thanks Ali & Shivie :D I usually do 70 lengths... wasn`t upto it this time though time was against me as well.... lol xx

Heya, I've just started reading through your diary and it's amazing to see how far you've come - you're such an inspiration Lou! It's hard getting back into TFR after some time off, isn't it? I'm on my 6th week of my second attempt, especially at the start I found it a lot harder to turn away from food but it's easier now.

Hi and thank you hunni... yes it is hard.. i am finding it very hard now to stay on this plan after so long in total tbh... Its been very worth it though so wouldn`t ever be negative about it. Hope your not struggling to much yourself darl.... XX

hey Dee.... no I`m not good. I have made the momentious decision that my time on Lipotrim has come to an end. I am really really struggling to stick on it 100% and so I am starting my re~feed today AGAIN lol and following that for 2 weeks, then I just don`t know what i`m gonna do... I was thinking about WW PERHAPS, but then since learned that a lot of what they say you can have is high in fat! the wrong kind! and I still need to be low fat cos of weight and gallstones.... might have a proper bash at Low GL... just wish there were classes in that though :( as find it all a bit confusing and daunting too going it alone... PANIC!!! I felt safe whilst on Lipotrim, and its been my life saver literally!! BUT time to get brave and move forwards....You know what my problems are and the Lipotrim is making it worse now, so time to part ways.. BIG BREATH GULP..... next step.... someone hold my hand PLEASE.... lol xxxxx ps darling your doing fab... love to you xxx

*hugs* Best of luck with the next stage of weight loss and maintenance :)

You've come this far Lou, there's NO going back for you! Easy does it...you've had a massive headstart on LT so now it's time
to hone your eating habits down to a fine art. You can read lots and have lots of fun experimenting and finding what works best
for you as a long-term plan. And you can always do a few weeks on LT for an added whoosh towards goal if you get impatient!
Best of luck whatever you decide on...keep us posted! x

Thank you Shivie.... I don`t think I will be using Lipotrim again.... well i don`t plan on it anyway lol.... I`ll find my way as you say ;) xx

*Grabs your hand tight*

You can do this hun... I'll tell you what I'm doing.... Not quite sure if its working yet as I've just put my water weigh on!!! Lol... But here goes and hope it helps....

I use that little low GI book.... I try to stick to the green light things but if i have a 'medium' thing i try and combine it with something low (Mostly by having a few seeds or nuts with it)

Put everything into MyFItnessPal (BEFORE I eat it... then i can see a breakdown) Although was a bit crap at this bit over the weekend with being busy! This usually stops me in my tracks with naughty things i think 'will be ok as a one off'

Stock up on health foods... Its cost me a bit over a fair few weeks but i have lots now to make things.... nibble on (My fave being spicy baked chickpeas for when i want crisps!)

I use atkins bars if i want something sweet..... or frozen yog.... I still am intermittently using my S&S stuff at work, just till i run out!!

Trust that you know what you weeknesses!!! And AVOID!!! Lol... Me I still only drink 1 day, have kept the water up and dont have milk in my tea/coffee....

You've come so far dont be scared!!! Take the control again hun as i think maybe the LT is now making you feel like your not in control.... You are sweetie....

Sorry for the ramble!!! Lol...

Love to you!! X

Thats the best bit!!!!!! Make em....... I like em spicy! So I buy the big pack of dried ones!!!!!!!! Soak however much of them u want!!!!!! I generally make a lot lol........ As John loves em aswell....... So i use 2 table spoons of olive oil and then as whatever spices u want and swizz em round in your baling tray then they are coated! I used cayenne pepper on the last ones and the next batch I'm gonna make curry powder ones!!!!!! Bake for about half ano hour at 170!!!!!!!!

Cheap and miles healthier than crisps and Low GI!!!!!!!!! ; ) X

Ooohh they sound lush..... gonna have a bash at making them then thanks darling your a star!!! xxx

Theyre gorgeous!!!

But nice is you a crisps fan which i am.... i then put em in small portion bags!!!! : ) X
