My mission to destroy my inner fat girl!!!

Ok I have been very up and down at writing in here and from tomorrow morning i am going to make more of an effort to write in here. I am going to start over and get back to basics, as I really wan to meet my xmas wish :( !!! I have my weigh in at 9:30 tomorrow morning and I just hope I have done enough to offset all the damage I did in Glasgow lol! I will be happy if I am still the same weight i was at the last weigh in.

And down at the moment... Still a long way to go.. But plodding on :)
 
Day 1 back on track. Went to weigh in this morning and put on 1/2 a pound. So 5.5 pounds to got till my xmas wish! Today my food has been great so far, feels good to be back fully on plan.

Today I will have:
Breakfast- 2eggs, 2nimble(hxb), and 2 clementines.
Lunch- Singapore noodles homemade (noodles prawn chicken peepers mushrooms and chillies) 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)
Dinner- smash chicken goujons green beans and chips 2tbsp of light mayo (4 syns)
Snacks- carrots, hxa milk for tea.

Total syns 5.5

Hubby started nights last night which is great for my after dinner picking lol!! He usually sits and has treats in the evening after his dinner, this encourages me to eat loads of treats too but with him out at work I no longer have the temptation lol!! I have been super on plan so far this morning as well. I am feeling very focused at the minute I hope it lasts for a while!!

Today I will have:

Breakfast- 2 nimble HXB with banana
Lunch- Bachelors rice with mushrooms and 2 mandarins
Dinner- Quorn Sausage x3 (3 syns) sw chips, beans and egg

Total syns - 3
I haven't really had any meat today or enough superfree, so I will call this a green day!!!
If I have any more syns I will drop by and add them on
 
Well yesterday didn't go so well. I caved and had a chinese being back on plan lasted long. Major fail lol!!!

Breakfast - nimble(HXB) and a banana
Lunch - Savory rice with mushrooms and 2 mandarins
Dinner - Chinese Noodles with salt and chili chicken and curry sauce. Toooooo many syns.
You would think i would be finished there but no!!!!!! I had a ryvita 2Syns and a low low cheese triangle 1.5 syns.
So no idea how many syns for the whole fiasco. Gonna draw a line under it and start a new today.
 
Today can only be better than yesterday!!! Going to try and limit my syns today because i have a night out on Friday and will be having a few drinks. I don't think this week is going to go to plan for me somehow. I weighed in at the morning class for the last time on Monday. I need to start only going to my half 5 class as the chopping and changing between morning and evening classes is messing me up. I am aiming for a stay the same as i know i have a few things going on this week. I feel like the whole thing is spinning out of control and i cant pull it back. So once i have my set routine of only going to the half 5 class on Monday i will have better reflection of where i am. I see this Xmas wish getting further and further away from me. :(

Today I will have:
Breakfast - 3 Ryvita cracked black pepper (HXB) and 2 low low cheese triangles (HXA)
Lunch - Rice, mushrooms and an apple
Dinner - King prawn curry with lots of veg in it and sw chips

My aim is too have no syns today so we will see how we go from here.........
 
Even though you ate a chinese you didn't carry on eating "crap" did you? You just had a couple of ryvita - this is a massive step forward I think and you should try and see that part of the day as really positive!

Can you bung a bit more fruit and vegetables in your days to fill you up a bit more?

Also, I would definitely say not to restrict yourself down to zero syns as it might make you rebel against it, do you know what I mean? I'm saving syns for the weekend too, but I'm thinking to myself that I can still have 5 a day if I want to - and weirdly because I thought that yesterday I only had one!

I think your right if a fancy something that is low in syns I will have it. When i do snack it is usually on fruit and veg. I never thought of the having ryvita as a positive but I suppose you are right because before slimming world when I had chinese i followed it with chocolate and crisps.
