My tummy is definitely rounder! Like you, I enjoyed eating lots and indulging but now I'm craving some healthy food! I know it'll come off again in Jan so I'm not worried overly.... Still have 4 more days of drinking and parties! :-/ haha! I intend to enjoy it :)

I'll let you know how WI goes tomorrow. Place your bets! lol xxx
 
6lbs on, which I was expecting. I expect to probably put on a couple more next week but I'm straight on track from 2nd Jan. I've got such a bad tummy today :( got to be all the crap food!
 
It'll drop off once you start eating properly, don't worry.
I'm spotty and sluggish and sleepy due to rubbish food! I'm looking forward to eating properly again! X

Right so back on plan today. Going to have a PP day as I found some of those WW soup/veg pots and I really want to try it! So food today is....

B - OSS x 2 sachets 5pp and skimmed milk 2pp

L - WW veg pot 6pp

D - I have another veg pot which goes out of date, so I may have that. I'm going straight to visit family after work and I don't know when I'll get to eat my dinner otherwise. That's 6pp

19pp daily used - 7pp remaining.

Good luck to everyone. I can't wait to get back on plan and feel better about myself! xxx

Thanks hun :) they're like the Innocent Veg Pots - have you seen those?? Just WW version :) I couldn't find them anywhere, except in Sheffield! Hahah! So I stocked up!

Hi Can someone tell me where it says oss need not be counted on sf i am thinking of starting it is oss golden syrup free ? lol x
 
Hiya :) the original OSS is free on sf, all the others need to be pointed.

So my dinner changed to Pizza Hut light range which was 12pp and I had a slice of garlic bread with cheese which is 5pp. I also had the salad bar, which included a bit of coleslaw, potato salad and some blue cheese dressing. I don't now how much that would equate to though....

So I've gone over 29pp today but not by many I don't think :-/

New day tomorrow! xxx
 
Oh and Becks, the meatball pasta pot thing I had today was yummy but I didn't think there was much in it.... Mind you, it is only 6pp! With some fruit and 0pp snacks for lunch also, it would be perfect. But I didn't have any of that today as I've not done a food shop yet xxx
 
6pp isn't too bad for a lunch, I don't like to use too much more than that as I like to look forward to my tea.

I've done a food shop and got loads of healthy foods. I'm craving fruit!!! xxx

Morning, feeling a little better today - don't ache as much which is good :) its wi too - eeek! I'm not expecting a loss really but we'll see....

Not having beef stew now! I may have some pasta and chicken or something. Beef stew is tomorrow now :)

2lb loss for me! I wasn't expecting that at all.... Still another 7lbs to go until I'm back to where I was before my binge-a-thon!! Urgh! You think of how hard you work to get it off and it goes on again so easily! Still, onwards and downwards ;-). I plan to do at least 2 runs this week (got a 10k in may) and with eating SF as well, I should have a good loss next week :) xxx

I wish I knew what I weighed on Tuesday so I can see if I lose when I get weighed Monday.

The Xmas weight should come off quite easily as you won't be consuming anywhere near as many calories!

I'm giving myself a week to get used to early mornings and proper eating before I start my exercise again. Going back to work is making me so tired! X
