My SF Diary

It was a bit over cooked for my liking but still yummy :)

I'm tucking into my cherries now! Do you think I've eaten too much today?
 
I think it'd be about 32 points today. That's only a rough guess as I didn't weigh the potatoes. I only used 2 1/2 small-medium potatoes for the chips.

I think it's because I've had some snacks today and yesterday, that I feel like I've eaten a lot. I don't normally snack but it's because I've had late dinners. I won't do tomorrow though.
 
I don't think that either days have been high calorie... Hmmm... Guess we'll see what the scales say at WI! xxx

D - shepherds pie. Can't wait for this! :D 12pp. I've pointed mince, potatoes, butter for mash and gravy granules.

S - carrot sticks. 2 sataumas

I'm going for a run after work too.

Sorry if this is TMI, but I think bananas might "bind" me up and give me wind! :-/ has anyone else experienced this?

EDIT - I forgot to take my OSS to work and all I've got here is the golden syrup one so now I've got to point today :( values amended above

Hello have just been reading your diary looks fab!!im considering doing the simply filling as keep falling off track on pp system do you have to point potatoes or are they included in simply filling?cx

Do you mean resteraunt foods? Whenever I've eaten out, I've pointed it and made it a PP day. I can't think of what foods would be free on SF.... I guess if you had a chicken kebab and salad that would be. As would a jacket spud and beans. But as for eating out at a resteraunt I think you'd have to point.
 
I dont know whats wrong with me today, all I've down is snacked! Which is so unusual for me on SF. Think it could be cos its time of the month?? Ive only been snacking on fruit though, so it could be worse!

I've had another banana (baaaaaad!) and some (a lot!) grapes. Someone stop me!!!! :D

Going to point today (12/01/12) as I want WW pizza for dinner. It's WI day for me so will update once I've done it....

B - OSS and skimmed milk 8pp

L - 2 crumpets and 2 slices of wafer thin ham 6pp. WW yoghurt 1pp. Special K double choclate bar 2pp

D - WW chicken pizza 11pp with side salad. 30g philly light 1pp

S - banana, 2 sataumas and grapes. Quality Street Purple Bar 5pp.
