Yeah I know what you mean about wanting to know what you weighed last week. That's why I forced myself to wi last week.

I'm running a 10k in may and a 5k in march so needed to get running again. I did a 5k in September and after that, we slowed down the training and then stopped when I moved home... Then Christmas came... *lazy* haha! So need to get going again.

I had fajitas for dinner. I'm stuffed though which is not good and against SF. Tsk! Naughty me. :-/ xxx
 
God you're very good! I can't bare running! I tried the c25k and managed day one! Hated it and that was hardly any running! You must be pretty fit mets! X
 
I'm not fit! Hahaha! I walk too and from work every day which is a good 20 minutes but apart from that, I don't do anything else. Don't get me wrong, I don't *love* it - I just have some friends that kick my arse if I don't join them!! Hahah!

B - OSS and skimmed milk with banana

L - WW pitta and chicken salad

D - not sure yet! I'll update later xx
 
Dinner is tuna pasta made with some Philadelphia 2pp
 
Snack of a bunch of grapes and a slice of warburtons toastie, toasted! 3pp

Morning all

Brunch - scrambled egg on WW toast. Banana

D - beef and Guinness stew. I need to work out the points for that plus a homemade dumpling too..... Any ideas for the guinness? I used one can..

I'm going for a run this morning so should burn off some calories :)

A pint of Guinness is 5pp and I'll get 4 portions out of the stew so I reckon 2pp for that. I'll work out the dumplings later.

Dumplings worked out to be 5 each and I had one and half, so counting 8pp. I'm going to have a WW yoghurt later with some fruit and that's 1pp

B - scrambled eggs with mushrooms on WW toast 8pp

L - warburtons thin 4pp pizza made with 30g cheese 2pp, ham 1pp

D - Roast chicken dinner. Chicken 4pp, 2 roast potatoes 3pp, gravy 2pp, stuffing 2pp. Veg is free :)

S - satauma, banana. WW yoghurt 1pp

25pp used, 1pp remaining but I've guessed the amount for my dinner, so this point may be used up

I was hungry last night so had some OSS and skimmed milk.

Thanks hun, my sister helped me too. I've not pointed a day for so long, I'd forgotten what foods equalled what points! xxx

Just had my dinner and I feel full! Feel like I've eaten so much today... Well actually I have compared to what I normally eat. Feel yuck! I burnt about 600 calories on our little jog this evening though, which will help

Dinner tonight is steak with homemade oven chips and mushrooms with a little side salad.

Had a we bagel and a scraping of peanut butter as a snack. Depending on how full I am after dinner, I've got some cherries :)
