My Weight Loss Journey

Thanks Loopeylou and really hope it's not, but at the moment it is suspected that I have it. Will know more once I have the blood tests in 2 weeks time.

Just an update...had the creamy pasta bake and it was yummy!!! Will try adding more things to it though next time like quorn mince and sweetcorn. Luckily have some left for tomorrow as well.
 
A good day yesterday (except water intake was very low...only drank maybe .5 litre) and think it helped going to the Zumba and trying out a new recipe. Will hopefully try out some more new ones this week so I don't get bored.

Green Day-

Breakfast- 42g All Bran (HEB) with Skimmed Milk (HEA), half an orange and 1 pear
Lunch- Leftover Pasta Bake with side salad with dressing (1 syn)
Snack- Acitiva FF yogurt and blueberries
Dinner- Vegetable paella with Quorn Sausages
Snack- 2 Alpen Light (HEB) with Green Lemon Tea, 2 Mini Twisters (4 syns)

Water: 1.0 litre
Exercise: None

Yes I noticed from your food diary that you tried it out too, but with phili and tuna- how was that? I'm having the leftovers from yesterday as I type :)

Zumba is a little like what your snowman is doing below in your signature ;) It's a exercise class, but it feels more like you are dancing to the beats of salsa, calypso, merengue and other beats. I personally love it as I love dancing :) Once you get more into it, they have you dance with weights as well just to help with toning.
They should have a class at your local leisure centre or gym.
 
Didn't have all the ingredients for the paella, so did not have that for dinner yesterday. Instead just had the traditional quorn/cous cous/mushroom fryup. Also had 2tbsp of peanut butter (8 syns) and 2 pakore (at least another 8 syns), so need to watch my syns today, although it hasn't started off great with 3 cadbury roses to start off the day!

Green Day-

Breakfast- 3 Cadbury Roses (6 syns), banana and 42g All Bran (HEB) with skimmed milk (HEA)
Lunch- Spaghetti with mushroom and passata sauce
Snack- Activia FF yogurt and 1plum, 1 apple
Dinner: Egg, Quorn Sausages, Baked Beans and SW Chips
Snack- 2 Alpen Lights (HEB) with Green Lemon Tea and 1 Mini Twister (2 syns)

Water: 1.0 litre
Exercise: A lot of walking today as I don't have a car and need to go to the school 3 times (back and forth) today.
 
Roses to start the day....could def think of worse things lol, 6 syns isn't too bad and better to have done it at the start of the day than at the end when all syns had gone ;)

Yeah that's the problem I can't put up with an apology if he doesn't get the point of the whole argument...anyways...really bad night/morning (as I woke up half at 1am and snacked a bit more).
Drawing a line and starting fresh today. I was thinking that I wanted to reach close to my target by Xmas and if I keep going this way I'll never make it. It will be 1 year on November 16th since I joined SW, so I would really like to get to the 5 stone loss by then, but we'll see how I go.
No chance to get to a SW class this week as OH's car has been in the repair shop, so disappointed about that as well. It's also * week to add to everything going on, but will try to stay positive and keep going. Aiming for a 100% week. Don't think we have any visitors coming this weekend, although OH wanted to go to London and I refused.

Green Day-

Snack- 2 Alpen Lights (HEB) with Green Lemon Tea, Fresh Fruit Cocktail
Trying to limit my syns to make up for yesterdays splurge!!!
Water: 1.0 litre
Exercise: Rearranging the living room :) Clean up day!
 
Meli, I am sending you a bit squidgy hug, have just read the last two pages of your diary and you are a blooming saint! My OH is a pain in the neck sometimes, hope you and OH have had a chance to speak and clear the air.

I do not know how you stopped at 3 roses, I would have eaten 3 dozen without realising.

Well done on such a phemonenal weight loss to date, can i become a meli fan please?

You have had such an amazing year on SW Meli and when you have stuck at it for so long and lost so much you can hardly beat yourself up for the odd splurge! Size 12 is amazing, I can't believe you are technically 'overweight'! I reckon I'll still be a size 14-16 once I hit target!!
i can't imagine ever being as slinky as a size 12! WELL DONE TO YOU :) :)

Actually the snacking that occurred in the middle of the night yesterday were also those little devils...Roses....they are all finished thank goodness! Just have Mikados laying around, but keeping the box shut and not opening it any time soon.

Yes that BMI calculator is really wierd, but oh well still aiming to be in the healthy range one of these days, although it may be the top range of the healthy.
You will reach those size 12's- it's just a matter of time and perserverance :) You are on the right track!

Have not turned to food, but don't know if I can resist...feeling so nervous and I don't have a car to even get out there and find out what is going on and OH and BIL don't answer their phones :(

Thanks...just think I'm going to keep on the minimins site to keep me away from food :)
 
Tried that earlier and she said something about patient confidentiality and they can't share anything. Boohoo!
