Yeah that's the problem I can't put up with an apology if he doesn't get the point of the whole argument...anyways...really bad night/morning (as I woke up half at 1am and snacked a bit more).
Drawing a line and starting fresh today. I was thinking that I wanted to reach close to my target by Xmas and if I keep going this way I'll never make it. It will be 1 year on November 16th since I joined SW, so I would really like to get to the 5 stone loss by then, but we'll see how I go.
No chance to get to a SW class this week as OH's car has been in the repair shop, so disappointed about that as well. It's also * week to add to everything going on, but will try to stay positive and keep going. Aiming for a 100% week. Don't think we have any visitors coming this weekend, although OH wanted to go to London and I refused.

Lunch- 6 Ryvita WG CrackerBread (HEB) with Quark and Spinach spread, apple
Snack- Activia FF yogurt, frozen blueberries
Dinner- Quorn Sausage and Vegetable Stir Fry with Noodles
Snack- 2 Alpen Lights (HEB) with Green Lemon Tea, Fresh Fruit Cocktail
