My weightloss diary :)

Starting fresh today as its weigh in and I've been so far off track for 3 weeks its untrue. Mainly due to very bad flu an stop smoking!!! Well here's to a new week and hopefully few lbs off for our hols on the 11th :) x
 
Breakfast 1/2 scan bran cake
Dinner chicken tikka rice salad

H ex b scan bran 85g prunes
Syns cake 2 salt crackers 5 bubbly chocolate 12 (19)

Bit over syns today but I did do a 3 mile walk to town :) x

I have been bad for 2 days but have been disheartened by not losing much more than 1lb 1/2 each week and my friend has been slimmer of the week and month and has had many more nights out and even ate pizza and mcdonalds, over past 2 days i have eaten crap but found my bowels moved better lol. Back to normal soon though, got to get my BMI under 30 for my IVF. maybe putting to much strain on myself x
