Bathroom cupboard so gonna do a steaming of that :) out a little drop on tissue in my pillow case x

Back on track as of today. Won't be going to sw this week as imi and I ate still poorly...

I am doing so well and nearly all packed for my holiday :) (its all on my dairy) I wont be visiting here for my cuppa :) for a week or so - not sure if I will take lappy but will try to keep my diary going - if you want to leave me a message there (so I see it) while I am away feel free
hope you and Imi keep well while I am gone - I leave friday for a week
 
Hi hun, just passing by and wanted to say you are doing SO well quitting smoking during pregnancy and whilst on Slimming World. I know just how difficult it is, having watched my dad give up after 33 years. I can assure you, those first 14 days are the worst and to get through them with only 1/2lb gain is amazing! My dad had the most incredible hunger cravings, constantly munching and gained a significant amount of weight… so you definitely need to give yourself some credit, you've done amazingly well! Also, you're food diary is looking great - the lemon chicken with fried rice sounds delicious! Can I ask how you cook your baked apples? I'd love to try one:). xxx

Hiya. Thank you so much I am really struggling to not have a smoke today but it's almost midday and I havnt caved so thinking positive.
Lemon chicken was very nice bit fiddle to cook though.
I bought some red apples cut middle out put a tablespoon mincemeat in (H ex B) put in a little baking pan with 4 tablespoons water and bake in oven at 170 for 45-60 mins they are very yummy x

Aww your welcome hun, you're doing so well! I know this sounds strange, but my dad was recommended to try lollipops and mints and they really did help to kill the cravings. (I couldn't help but laugh when he would come home with his stash of Chuppa chupps lollies lol) Thanks for the recipe, it sounds delicious, I can't wait to give it a go!:D xxx

Aaaargh ok so I've put on 3 lbs!!! Need to get this under control NOW!!

how many weeks are you now
and how much have you put on since conception - how does that relate to what you put on with Miss Imi

and its very easy to use a hand to mouth thing to replace the smoking
when you want something to nibble on make a cold drink and drink through a straw that might help

good luck while I am gone - if I can post it will be brief and on my diary so post there if you need to and I will try to get back to you
 
I am 8 weeks yesterday all of it has gone on since I stopped smoking and it has been down to bad choices completely goin off track!! No exercise we've been unwell and it's been hard :(
With Imogen I piled on the weight cause I didnt have thyroid tabs and overate....
Enjoy your hols we are looking at sneaking away for a week too x

Looking at your food diary, your not making bad choices, your still doing great! It must be really difficult quitting smoking, during pregnancy, whilst eating healthily! You need to go easier on yourself hun and look at how much you've already achieved! :) xxx

Well I am excuse me for tmi horribly constipated pregnancy does this to me.... So I think that's the 3lbs of weight cause I have been naughty eating stuff that hasn't found its way to my food diary sneaky i know :) but it's no where near enough to gain so much. Thanks for the kind comments :) much appreciated :) x
 
That scan bran was awful now I know why they say to down lots of water I bet it's to force the awful things down :( tomorrow I'm going to try make a cake see if its easier to bear.
I just need to up the fibre to help myself out boooo hoooo x
