hexa milk. hexb 60g wm roill

B: 1 bread (2.1/2 syns) 1 egg & 2 tbs spaghetti. Coffee

L: 60g WM roll heb, 1 sl corned beef (1 syn) Pickle (1 syn) tomato. Banana Coffee

D: 5% minced beef, onion, tom puree, oxo cubes boiled spuds & baked beans broccoli.

2 Mullerlight and 2 peaches and a pear

4.1/2 syns.

A great day Doreen - very light - so if ur peckish later u can have a snack - well done! Only one day to do now before WI so I think you've cracked it for another week - wahey!!
 
Here's my food for the day - may do SSEP or Success Express 2moro - I 've been reading a lot about the health benefits of the 5:2 diet and tried to do it a few times but failed.

So now thinking of doing the SSEP or SE twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays to boost losses after the weekend and before WI - trying to keep the calories to 500 or as close as I can - let's see if I can do it!

l: 25g cream cheese with garlic and herb hea on 60g bread heb, cherry toms, apple
t: SW vegetable casserole with celery, onion, cabbage, pepper, carrots, potato, garlic, basil, tomato puree, baked beans, free strawb yog, berries, choc muffin 5.5 syns
drinks : fruit tea, diet lemonade

I do hope so. I have signed up to 3 challenges as well. Never made a target yet. Maybe this year.

Looks like a great day to me. 2 heb for bread sound favourite . Keep going. Friday nearly here.

Thanks yes WI looming - expecting a Christmas gain but I had a good time and now on plan so happy enough with that!

meant to say today's food v similar to yest but I enjoyed the green day - like my HEBs! don't have green days often enough! xx
 
ooh Doreen just seen your post on the 2015 challenge thread - you'll have lost over 5 stone by the end of the year! That's really something to get excited about!xx

yes go for it Doreen - ur doing so well at the moment and seem to happy with yourself (as u shd be!)

U know you'll get lots of support here and good idea to sign up to 3 challenges - so more lovely support from those! I'm going to sign up to the yearly one after I've weighed in!

Sorry upndown im a bit dim. Du remember i tried the 5:2 a while back and its real good if you plan well. Just give it a go and see how it goes. Were all behind you x

Thanks Bubble - no you're not dim - it's me getting confused with what I've eaten!!

It's good to have you back and a bonus that ur doing so well

I'll need everyone's support - when I tried the 5:2 before - strangely I seemed to manage the 2 days fasting sometimes, but then I used to overeat on the non fast days!!But going to give it try anyway. xx

It would be lovely wouldn`t it. I have stuck to plan for 7 days on the trot now. I am not counting on anything, each day as it comes. I am feeling so much better at the moment.

I had another 2 mullerlights, just because they were there, but no extra syns, but mean not to eat too late as it sometimes keeps me awake.
I don`t think we should go too low on syns, but have not been that hungry so did not have them. The extra mullers was no will power.

Gosh it is midnight. Best get to bed. Want to listen to the new talk tomorrow. Will still get weighed Friday but want to see if I can get back into Zumba Gold again and that is Friday too

That's pretty good going, as I know you struggle sometimes, as do we all. Good to take it a day at a time but nice to look back at the end of a week and think 'I did it' :)

I think it was good willpower to eat just the yogurts at that time, when you were probably tired and could easily have resorted to something much more synful.

Well done on sticking to the Mullers!! As Linda says it could have been 10 times worse!! Good idea to get back to Zumba - body magic + lots of fun I'm sure - when would you get weighed when you start Zumba?

I've got a busy day today - and trying to do Success Express to boost my loss before WI!! Hope everyone has a good one!!xx
