Thanks - yes Phil is feeling better today - but still not right and for once isn't going to work feeling ill!!

My day's have been bitty all week - with Phil being at home - but good to be more chilled - if Phil was in work I'd have been dashing around on Operation Post Family Xmas Clean Up lol!!

Mmmm... lunch now there's a thought - enjoy yours.

Yes I can tell I've lost some weight - but don't feel it's all gone - but happy to be back on plan and feeling more confident I can do this!!

Well done on sticking to the Mullers!! As Linda says it could have been 10 times worse!! Good idea to get back to Zumba - body magic + lots of fun I'm sure - when would you get weighed when you start Zumba?

Zumba at the moment is at 11am Friday. I can get there for that time if I take something to eat to class, then stay for the meeting.
The only problem that may arise is I understand they are thinking of making Zumba earlier.

If that happens I will have to think about it. I can get weighed Thursday and know some of the girls so it would be ok. I do like the Friday class though. I did go to the Thursday class to get weighed previously then pop in Friday to see the girls I have got to know so well. Just for coffees.
We will see.

Glad you have the option of going to zumba and seeing your Friday friends if the class time changes. Thanks for your good wishes - feel I've lost but still expecting some kind of a gain - but ok with that - just so chuffed I'm on plan again xx

hex milk and wm roll

I woke up about 3am and got up for a couple of hours. I had breakfast? then.

B: Ham roll early hours. pickle (1 syn)

L: bacon eggs tomato 2 bread (5 syns)

D: Chicken Chasseur (2 syns) with chicken thigh pepper mush onion. Boiled rice and broccoli.

Peaches. Bananas 2 mullerlight?

8 syns.

Have put food on early because hopefully that is all I will have. I am going to co-op to get the bananas & yogurt.

I noted on MY Supermarket that Tesco are selling Healthy Living sausages 2 pks for £3.00.
I never see them anymore at my Tesco so rang them. They do not sell them anymore in My local big store.
They say they do have WW sausages, however they are £2.69 a pack, No thanks.

I have emailed then because this is not the first thing they have stopped doing. Things which I can in a Tesco albeit 60 miles away.
They have replied and said will send me a personal e-mail within 2 days.

Tesco are closing 43 small stores. Do they wonder why we get some our shopping elsewhere. Oh I can buy them on click abd collect but that will cost me £3.

Will let you know what they say.

How annoying for you.... I bought some of those at our local Tesco (which is a superstore) last week. I remember asking about something that I'd previously bought and suddenly disappeared but was still in my Mum's local store. They said it was down to local demand and if it isn't selling well, they stop it on a store to store basis. Seems a bit tough to me but it will be interesting to see what they say to you. x

A guy from CS rang me and said they have none in any of their warehouses. It may be due to a change of suppliers or a change in HL products. Ok I accepted that until one of the girls in SW group put on facebook that she got some 2 days ago with her online shop. SO he lied. Or told me what he has been told.
I have had this before with Tesco - they stopped a particular pack of 15 eggs, and I complained several times. Not enough call they said. However I could get them on `Click & Collect` which you have to pay £3 for. I complained several times, after 6 months they came back.
I will do what I did before, get as much of my shopping elsewhere and continue to bring the shortfall of their Superstore back to their attention. They will know I am not doing much in their store. The guy that rang says they have a record of what I have rung up about in the past.

Another thing that he said was that the Everyday Value low fat yogurt - 45p for 500g - and free on SW - is available but not in their store. I was told that they had stopped doing it. This guy said to go into store and fill in a complaint form which I willl do on Saturday.

I found that an e-mail gets a response. Will definitely do that again.
