B: 2 toast 2 eggs lots mushroom coffee
L: 4 plums
D: chicken thighs, roast bns, onion, corgette, toms, carrot sticks, peppers x 3
4 plums.

Later 4 more plums
Raspberries reduced in co-op to 40p.
Forget Jelly & yogurt. (1.1/2 syns)

That is exactly how I feel.

Oh I'm with you on not understanding that.... sometimes I've eaten very little yet not hungry at all, yet other times seem to have had loads but could still eat for England, just weird. Definitely prefer the former but seem to suffer the latter far too often :sigh:

I feel exactly the same, yesterday at times I felt hungry but I find if I either make a coffee or do something for a while, even tv, it seems to go off again

Edit: just had heb's worth of brazil nuts and slice of melon - off to bed now - night, night!

My food plan for the day changed a fair but still kept things low - hope everyone's had a good on plan day:

brunch: SW broccoli soup, chicken leg, mango
d: SW braised beef casserole, carrots, cabbage, brussels, apple
fruit tea, water

Nice light day upndown.

Aha, and there it is... good food too. You're on a roll this week, keep on rolling downhill all the way to a loss on those scales! :)

Will any of us. I think not. We will have to keep an eye all the time I reckon.

Morning Cloudy, no snow just a bit of ice on the car which I will clean off shortly. It is so cold though.
I hope they don`t keep me hanging around too long. Have to pack some clothes and make some food to take with me tomorrow.

As for the plums - Tesco have a section in fruit & veg of stuff that is going out of date. I got several punnets of plums for 30p a punnet. All gone now. I have been having the odd one when I felt peckish but don`t think I always put it on food.
They often have lots of good stuff, I have bought the £1 packs of mushrooms for 30p too, I always pick up 3 or 4 if they have them. Very handy because then I can eat more speed.
 
Time to get dressed, put washing on rads and clothes horse, get stuff out of freezer to cook later.

I can do that if apple is going soft but I don`t like crunchy apples. I mostly get pears, then when they ripen I eat them with a knife.

Ooh love the bargain shelf, especially on fruit and veg as we go through so much. I always make up soup or vegetable chilli if I can snaffle lots and freeze it down. Good job we have a big freezer in the garage!
I bought plums last week but they were very disappointing as just not ripening properly. They either wrinkle before they're really soft or when you cut them open are all brown inside grr.
Glad you don't have snow, I hate the scraping bit. I don't drive but sometimes go out and do it for Lucy while she's getting Millie ready x

Yes I hope ur appointment went well by the time u read this - love a bargain too!

Another good tip - when I grab fruit when it usually disappears in a flash!
 
My food plan for Weds 4 Feb - hope we all have a good one - but I had a sneaky weigh this morning - at first they said I'd gained 3lbs eek! Second go 2lbs on! Third time a half pound loss - so looks like my scales are on the blink (and yes I know I shdn't weigh mid week but cdn't resist!)

But I'm not going to buy any more - then I won't be able to scale hop! I'll return scales & ask for a refund as I've not had them long - will go to Boots each week to weigh.

Thanks Linda for letting me know, I must have deleted her. I have left a little message too.

My appointment went good. TGhe only thing is they put so much stuff in my eye so it would not hurt -- much more than usual -- and I found it difficult to drive. Even the TV is a little blurred. If I have to have lasering done again I will have to find somebody to drive me. Have shut my curtains as it is so bright outside.

I will walk down to the cafe later as I want to have a little body magic but will have to put my dark glasses over my normal glasses or I won`t be able to see.

Back to have eyes checked in 2 months.

I think I said before I am going to weigh a couple of times a week. My scales are good at the moment but still put on weight even though I think I am good. Could be exercise, remains to be seen. Am on low yesterday and today as getting weighed tomorrow.

Food good Linda. What is broccoli soup like? Do you make it yourself? I like meatballs too but never make them myself. Should give them a try again.

Not had breakfast, just coffee. BNS soup for lunch and roasted veg tonight with pork chop.

L: large portion BNS soup & banana.
D: pork loin chop. Roast corgette, onion, peppers, bns, and carrot. 1 small potato cut up.

I was cooking some studf for the freezer and to take with me for the next couple of days. I cooked 4 h/l sausages.
3 now in the car (as it is as cold as the fridge) So 1 syn
