Friday 6th February

Hexa milk. hexb 2 bread

B: Banana. eggs 1/2 tin spaghetti xtra toast (2.1/2 syns)

L: 2 bananas, 2 rice cakes (2 syns) Muller Bonoffee pie yogurt (1syn)

D: Frankie & Bennies. Junior bacon steaks, fried egg (on griddle) jacket spud (no butter) salad (no dressing) fresh fruit salad. Diet pepsi

5.1/2 syns

Sat and watched TV this pm till time to go to school then straight to F&B. Meal not bad, kids really enjoyed theirs. We played some games at the table & laughed a lot.
Playing with Flynn now and an early night to be had by all.

Enjoy rest of the weekend all. May not get a chance to get back on here.

Edit: Actually I remembered afterwards it wasn't those ones, I think it was Tesco sausages that you were having trouble getting. Not sure if you ever shop in Sainsburys? They're not bad and just 1 syn each as well. x

Morning (just!) - well a disappointing 0.25 loss - after what I thought was a good week plus exercise! Hey ho - onwards and downwards - may go back to class on Tuesday .

Hope everyone has a good day, hubby taken day off today so off to pub for lunch and a walk afterwards - will be careful but think I'll go for a dessert and syn it! xx

Hope you had a really good day and your weekend away is really fun too. Be good 'most' of the time but make sure you syn some little treats xx

Glad you managed to find something you could have at F&Bs that didn't send you off plan. Its nice to eat out, shame its often such a struggle to find food that can be both healthy and enjoyable, at an affordable price. Sounds fun with the children, I'm sure its going to be a busy weekend. xx

No, it is a long time now... really hope everything is ok and she's just been very tired. still, would have thought she might have quickly posted if that was the case so a bit worrying :-(

Well a funny day for me - started with a disappointing WI after what I thought was a good week!

Hubby took day off & we went out for lunch - didn't go mad but it wasn't on plan and I had a dessert - waffle & butterscotch sauce.

Then later on - hubby felt ill - another bug I think - his second in a a few weeks - not like him - he went to bed early - missing half a rugby match (unheard of!) so looks as if our planned weekend away is off! So a disappointing start and end to the day!

Won't bother posting food - I'm sure dessert was over syns but back on plan 2moro.

Well hubby says he's fine this morning so Manchester back on! Hope he really is well - expect you know Welsh men don't like to miss their rugby! Hoping I'll be on plan over the weekend - son and girlfriend are v healthy & light eaters and think hubby will be keeping it light too! Enjoy ur weekend all! xx

You too, Linda and, yes, I'm doing ok, thanks. Going to make some BNS soup later. The cook from school has given me a very light-weight looking potato peeler, which she swears by for peeling BNS so will give that a go. If not, it'll be back to softening the skin first in the microwave!

Lovely sunny day here in Stafforshire but still very chilly. Off out with my brother and his girlfriend/partner this evening, with Pete, my OH. We're off to a country pub where there's a good singer on so should be fun. They did suggest eating there but we declined so my halo is still intact!
