Morning all. Thank you Mandy. Don`t feel very chilled, but my sugars are high. Stress does not help with that. I may need a change of anti-depressents. Anyway I put on 1lb. The scales at the class I go to on Sat are the same as mine. The one I go to on Fri always makes me a pound lighter. It could have been a lot worse, I did eat quite a lot of birthday cake. Etc etc. It is difficult when I am away with the kids. Lots of reasons.

B: 3 rashers very lean bacon, tomato, 2 eggs, 3 bread (2.1/2 syns)
Have made some orange jelly to go with mandarin mullers.
Cooked some rice to go with some frozen berries.
S: 1/2 pot mandarin muller. little orange jelly (1.1/2 for the whole jelly)
L: Corned beef sarni with a little pickle and tomato. (7syns)
Little more Jelly & yog. Coffee
D: Minced beef, onion, carrot, green pepper & oxo cubes.
with Brocolli & cabbage & 300g boiled spud.
Grapes & pear
