Gonna have an early night. Am hurting a bit so a couple of pain killers and then to bed with a hot chocolate option.

First a quick plan for tomorrow ---------- weigh in day and I know I have put on.

Friday 15th November

hexa - 350ml milk
hexb - 2 sl wm bread

Breakfast
Taking to class frozen red berries & cherry mullerlite.
Should be going to Zumba 10.45 but will see how body is.
didn`t go aching too much.
Snack
Coffe made with milk. 200ml.
Lunch
Jacket spud 275g with mushrooms, 1 rasher trimmed bacon with a little low low. (sort syns later) 25g is 2.1/2 syns. Will see how much I need 25g was enough and was delicious.
Strawberries & strawberry muller and jelly
Snack - banana & 2 muller greek
(1syn)
Dinner
Same as yesterday. Beef casserole with onion, carrot, mushrooms, with 10g Bisto to thicken (1 syn)
With boiled potato 200g and sweet potato 100g and cabbage.
Jelly with frozen berries and yogurt
Later 2 muller greek !
(1 syn) Egg & tomato sarni

Syns for the day 10.1/2
10g bisto powder - 1
low low mature cheddar cheese 25g - 2.1/2
100ml skimmed milk - 2
Jelly - 1.1/2
4 muller greek - 2

Frozen berries, Carrots. mush cabbage. toms. cue, onion, strawberries. banana, mixed berries

Thanks Mandy that is so nice. That is really lovely.
It is 3.50am been up a while but thought I wold just quickly log on before going back to bed. Couple of painkillers too. Weigh in today. As long as I can move (which is painful at present) I am going to go especially as I believe I have gained. Eating too much again I think.

Hiya, I am aching a bit but feeling much better. Had an hour sleep in the chair. Will be an early night I think.

WI ooops put on 4.1/2lbs. I didn`t go over syns, probably portions were a bit big, but 2 days I ate corned beefsarnis in the night and counted them the next day by not eating till the evening. I think my body is having a problem knowing whether I am going to starve it or not.

Damage done however I did it so this week I am going to put the weight of my spuds, pasta etc. No overnight eating unless super free. Not too bothered, can`t go back and change it.

Must be careful Sun to Tues as am going up to see the Grandchildren, Flynn having a party on Sunday. Planning !!

It looks like a bad week for both of us weight wise. I can't imagine I'll do very well next week either because I'm not in work :)
Whatever you plan don't forget Birthday cake is allowed x

Porridge oats made with water and banana & coffee
have been told this will keep me satisfied till lunch.

Had eggs bacon mush tom and 2 bread (bacon & bread h/e0
Lunch
Pasta, mushroom onion 45g ham (3 syns) philly cheese (1/2 hexa)
Banana & banana & custard mullerlight.
Snack
1 banana. 1 chocolate mini milk lolly (1.1/2 syns)
Dinner
Linda mc onion & rosemary sausages x 2, mash, few baked beans & brocolli. onion & 10g bisto for gravy (1 syn)


Syns 5.1/2

45g ham - 3

Chocolate mini milk - 1.1/2

Superfree - banana ,strawberries. brocolli. onion. mush.

Did have a great time at Flynns birthday party. There was so much to do organising the hall etc, I really ached badly at the end. It was worth it tho`, I love helping and the kids hada great time.

My knees still hurting from the fall and I still ache somewhat but the weekend did not help that unfortunately. On top of that I just ate too much of the wrong things. Did not weigh myself this morning but will tomorrow just so I have some idea what is going to happen Friday.

Can`t put down here all that I had mostly because I can`t remember. I do remember going out for a meal on Sunday, but I stuck to steak and jacket with salad. :) Was so exhausted when I got home last night I stopped and got fish and chips. The only consolation with that is that it was sooo lovely, Ketchup too.

Wednesday 20th November.

hexb - 1 slice bread from 800g loaf.

Breakfast
This was at my brothers. Trimmed bacon, 2 slices from 800g wholemeal loaf (6 syns)
Lunch
2 apples, 1 pear, banana & custard Mullerlight.
Dinner

2 Linda Mc Onion and Rosemary sausages. Mashed potato and sweet potato.
Brocolli, cabbage & onion and 10g bisto for gravy. (1 syn)
Followed by mixed frozen berrries & cherry mullerlight..
Pleased to say didn`t fill my plate as much as usual. I have some potatoes, sweet potato & cabbage & brocolli left. Gonna have bubble & squeak for lunch tomorrow.

2 apples & 1 pear.

A mouthful of jelly with berries, will count whole thing tomorrow

Going out to buy a new tv today, fed up with mine playing up. :D
Need to make some bns/carrot soup.
Saved some of my spuds, cabbage & brocolli yesterday. will have bubble & squeak. Mmm Lunch or dinner?

2 eggs + plus a yolk, tomatoes. mushroom 3 bread (2.1/2 syns)

Lunch
Jelly with mixed berries & mullerlite. Coffees

Dinner
Bubble & squeak with 2 Sainsbury 1/4lb burger (2 syn) & egg & toms
Squeak was spud & sweet spud, cabbage brocolli. Was lovely didn`t really need 2 burgers. But egg and toms went lovely with it.

Jelly & yog, 3 pears

Have it for dinner, sprinkled with a tablespoon of parmesan (1 1/2 syns) and topped with a lovely piece of fish :)

Pure comfort food!

Had burgers. Would have been nice with a pork chop too. I am just pleased that the squeak part was left from yesterday, normally I would have eaten all of it with the one meal. :D
 
Thursday, reminder to do the soup and cook the chicken I bought and put in fridge and forgot about. Also weigh day :mad:
 
LLost 2.1/2lb of the 4.1/2 I put on last week. Am very pleased about that. :)


Friday 21st November - Red Day

hexb - 230g potato with skin on

Breakfast
Ham sarni with a scrape of extra light mayo

Lunch
Ham and tomatoes, boiled egg x 2, baby beets.

2 apples.

Dinner
BNS/carrot soup. Chicken cooked whole in slow cooker, cabbage & brocolli.
Potato with skin on. Gravy (1 syn) Mullerlight

Wow! that is the way to cook chicken for tenderness.

Supper
3 toast with light soft cheese & tomatoes. 1 mullerlight

Syns 9

Little mayo - 1/2
10g bisto powder - 1

3 toast - 7.1/2

Superfree - Tomatoes, baby beets, cabbage, brocolli. carrot, bns apple x 2

Chicken, 230g spud cabbage & brocolli with chicken gravy left from yesterday
No yorkshire pud, forgot to make it
Rest of jelly and mullerlight.
