Friday 2nd march.

Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-2 small WM bread.

B-coffee.
D-SW quiche, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, grated carrot, beetroot, onion, bread, salad cream.
T-Leftover beef casserole (inc carrots, mushrooms, onions, celery) with mashed potato, cabbage, leeks and peas.
Syns-salad cream-2, timeout-4.5. Hopefully that'll be it.

Great nsv today-some size 16 trousers fit very comfortably-to the point where I can get them up and down without unfastening them!!
 
Saturday 3rd March-worked a late shift.
Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B- 2 small WM bread.
B-bacon, 2 eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, LO mashed potato, bread, all frylighted.
L-SW quiche, apple.
T- roast chicken, frylighted potatoes, carrots, parsnips with leeks, cauliflower, broccoli and gravy.
Syns-gravy-5 (inc meat juices), 1 small bite of scone made by DD(couldn't refuse as she was proud of them!)-1. May have a timeout before bed-4.5. Total-10.5. Weekly-17/30.

ETA-didn't have the timeout so syns-6 for the day and weekly-12.5/30.

I've been planning the next few days:

Sunday; brunch-oaty pancakes and fruit (hex B). Tea-sausages in onion and mushroom gravy, roast pots and lots of veg.

Monday; D-ham salad in pitta (hex B), carrot sticks, apple-I'm on school trip. T-Jacket potato with bean chilli.

Tuesday; D-ham salad and bread (hex B). T-Lo sausages and veg.

Weds; D-ham salad and bread (hex b). T-chicken, rice and veg (after parents evening appt at 5pm).

Thurs; D-ham salad and bread (hex B). T-pasta bolognese and salad.

Brunch-oaty pancakes(oats so simple, toffee mullerlight, 2 eggs, sweetner, baking powder, frylight) with banana, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple.
Snack-ham. 1 small new potato, apple.
Tea-4 sainsburys bgty cumberland sausages, frylighted roast potatoes, peas, cabbage, leeks, cauliflower, mashed swede and carrot, gravy including onions, mushrooms, stock cube, gravy granules, cranberry sauce.
Syns-gravy granules-3, sausages-2, cranberry sauce-2. May have a timeout later-4.5. Total-11.5. Weekly-24/45.
I had so much sf veg on my plate that I had to put the potatoes on a side plate. What a yummy tea!!
 
Monday 5th march.
Hex A- 200 mls skimmed milk (may have the rest for my supper)
Hex B-small WM pitta.
B-coffee
D-Pitta, ham, shredded cabbage, lettuce, onion, celery, carrot, apple.
S-alpen light.
T-Jacket potatoes, lurpak lighter (whoops!!), steak, mushrooms, tomato, onion, lettuce, EL mayo.
Syns-lurpak-7, alpen light-3, mayo-1. 11 so far but I want chocolate so maybe just over if I have a timeout for 4.5. What I really want is a creme egg but I think they are around 9 and thats just too many. I'll try and save it for after WI on friday!!
 
Oooh Rozie it was!! I'l be having it again as a special treat.
Unfortunately I also had the creme egg so syns for the day-20. Weekly 44/60.

T-4 sainsburys bgty yourself sausages, 2 new potatoes, cabbage, leek, cauliflower, mashed swede and carrot, gravy granules, onions, mushrooms.
Syns-salad cream-1.5, sausages-2, gravy granules-3, cranberry sauce-1.5, 3 small chip shop chips-2.Total-10. Weekly-54/75.
 
Wednesday 7th.
Hex A-375 mls skimmed milk.

B-coffee
D-ham, 3 new potatoes, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, grated carrot,onion, beetroot, salad cream, bread.
T-mushy pea curry (onions, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, carrots, celery,mushy peas, garlic, ginger, curry powder, cumin seeds) with rice.
Syns-salad cream-2. May have a timeout -4.5. Total-6.5. Weekly-60.5/90.

Sneaky peeks at my scales aren't doing me any good this week-I don't seem to be losing so hoping for a miracle between now and 10am on friday!!! Possibly fluid retention getting ready for * week, except I can't remember when that is-in a few days I think!!
 
I've decided not to scale hop. Was messing with my eating habits so until I can sort that out I'm packing my scales away after every WI until the next one...
 
I really should do that but I like to be prepared for the WI at class-I don't like surprises unless they're good. Might try it after this friday though. Hope you're having a good time with your family-you're across the penines from me.

Thursday 8th March.

D-ham, boiled egg, 4 small salad potatoes, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, grated carrot, beetroot, onion,salad cream.
T- spaghetti, EL mince, onion, grated carrot, passata, tomato puree,garlic, salt, sweetner, worcester sauce. Frylighted mushrooms and garlic to build up the SF. (Only marginally tempted by DD's garlic bread-would've had a slice within my syns if it wasn't WI tomorrow).
Syns-salad cream-2, timeout-4.5. Total-6.5. Weekly-77/105.
 
I hate waiting for WI!! And do I really think that getting rid of unwanted hairs and cutting my toenails is REALLY going to make a difference to my weight!!!
 
Well the toenail cutting was worth it- I lost 2lbs!!! Treated myself with a bunch of flowers and I'm having some steak (reduced in waitrose) for my lunch with SW wedges, frylighted red onion and mushrooms and salad-I can't wait.
 
Friday 9th March.
Hex A- 375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B- 2 alpen lights.

B-coffee, apple, satsuma.
D-very lean rump steak, SW wedges, medium red onion, 4 mushrooms, 2 tomatoes, 1/4 orange pepper, large bowl of baby leaves, mayo mix (light and EL).
S-alpen light.
T-chicken, mushy pea curry(onions, mushrooms, carrot, celery, mushy peas, tinned tomatoes, curry powder, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds), rice.
S-alpen light.

I've drunk lots of green tea today. We've been to McD's for tea-I had a cup of hot water and my own teabag!!! Oh and a tiny taste of DD's caramel sundae.
Syns-mayo-1.5, tiny bit of chicken skin-2, tiny bit of sundae-2. Total so far-5.5. I may have a timeout(4.5) or I might manage to resist the temptation!
