New diary-I'm going to class!!

A packet of butter is a great thing to have lost Val! Well done!!
Think I'm going to be lucky not to have put at least 2 packs of butter back on this week!!!!
 
OK thursdays food:
Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-WM bread roll.

B-coffee.
S-apple
D-ham, 1 new potato, tomatoes, lettuce, grated carrot, cucumber, onion, beetroot, salad cream, bread roll. 2/3 was SF.
T-pork steak, rice, carrots, leeks, sauce made with onions, mushrooms, green pepper, soft tomatoes, water, 40g very low fat soft cheese.
Syns-salad cream-2, soft cheese-?2.5-going to check on syns calculator. Going to try not to have any more tonight as its WI tomorrow.

ETA Oooh the cheese is 1 for 25g so I'll count it as 2 and know in future I could have 50g for that many. Thats good-it made quite a good sauce base that didn't curdle like yogurt does.

Hope i can stick with 4 syns for today. May have a choc sprinkle mullerlight shortly to try and get over this chocolate craving that I still have.

I've lost 2lbs!!! Really chuffed with that as I've been well over my 105 syns for the week. I'm going to try very hard this week to get my stone award next week. I'll be WI on thursday evening next week so I must keep to plan all week if I want to get there on thursday. I'm going to try and plan my food a bit better this week.

T-pork steaks, rice, curry of-mushy peas, tinned tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, carrot, garlic, ginger, curry powder, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, tomato puree. This filled around half my plate-maybe a good job later that I sleep alone!!!
Pudding-meringue nest, 1/2 a pot of choc philly light, strawberries.
Syns-salad cream-2, meringue-2.5, choc philly-2.5. Total 7/15.

I've had lots of green tea today. I've also had some evening primrose oil (which probably needs to be synned??) as I was very PMTy this month and I know the EPO helps so I think I need it.

I've made a rough plan for the next week to help me stay on track.
Sat 25th-B-oaty pancakes (hexB), fruit.
D-pork steak, salad.
T-mums roast pork and frylighted veg.

Sun 26th-Brunch-bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, frylighted bread(hexB).
T-at a friends for kids party so I'm taking my own food-ham, salad, new potatoes.

Mon 27th-D-ham salad and bread(hexB)
T-chicken, wedges, veg/salad.

Tues 28th-D-SW quiche, salad.
T-veg chilli. Not sure about hexB.

Weds 29th-D-SW quiche, salad
T-pasta with tomato and vegs sauce inc soft cheese 2 syns for 50g)

Thurs 1st (WI) D-SW quiche and salad.
T -after WI, fishfingers, wedges, mushy peas, tom sauce, bread.

Fri 2nd-D-SW quiche and salad
T-3 sausages, roast pots, veg.

Sat 3rd-B-bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, frylighted bread.
T (after work) roast, frylighted pots, lots of veg at mums.

Sun 4th-Brunch-oaty pancakes, fruit, possibly a touch of bacon. I want to see how many syns toffee sauce is.
T-sausages, roast pots, veg.

Mon 5th (I'm on school trip),D- pasta salad with 2 chopped sausages, fruit.
T-HM burgers, wedges, bread roll, salad.

Very boring for anyone reading but pleased I've got a rough plan to follow.

saturday 25th feb;

S-alpen light.
D-oaty pancakes-oats so simple, mullerlight, 2 eggs, sweetener, baking powder with banana, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple.
T-roast pork, frylighted roast potatoes, carrots, leeks, brocolli, parsnip,sprouts, celery, gravy. 20g crackling.
Syns-alpen light-3, gravy-5, crackling-5.5. Total-13.5. Weekly 20.5/30.

And a walk this afternoon-only about 1 mile but nice to be out in the fresh air.
 
Sundays food;

D-lean bacon, 2 eggs, 3 tomatoes, 7 mushrooms, 2 bread, all frylighted with half a tin of baked beans.
T-pork steak, rice, mushy pea curry from the other day, leeks, carrot sticks. One mouthful of chocolate cake. Went ice skating(well friends and kids did, I hold bags and take photos!!) and back to my friends for kids party tea so I took my own and really enjoyed it.
Syns-chcocolate cake-?3. Might have a timeout with my green tea this evening.
Exercise-walked about a mile-not much but every little counts.

Got a great film on my camera of DD falling on the ice-what a cruel mummy I am!! Especially as she told me today that she was proud of my weightloss-little love.
 
Monday 27th.

Syns-salad cream-2, mayo mix-1.5, strange foreign chocolates that my friend brought me back from Germany-?10. Total-13.5. Weekly-37/60.
 
Tuesdays food.

Hex B-1 small WM bread, 1 alpen light.

B-coffee.
D-SW quiche (onions, mushrooms, bacon, eggs, cottage cheese), lettuce, grated carrot,tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, onion, salad cream, 3 small new potatoes, bread.
T-Rice, 0% greek yogurt, veg chilli-onions, garlic, mushrooms, green pepper, carrot, celery, tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, chilli powder, kidney beans,tinned green lentils, butter beans, fresh coriander.
Syns-salad cream-2. 39/75.
Exercise-went out for a walk-2.5 miles-half of it uphill at a good pace-made me feel great.

Not had my alpen bar so I'm going to have it now with my 3rd green tea of the day.
Going to read in bed now as its my first day back a work after annual leave tomorrow-can't say I'm really looking forward to it.

Morning!
My scales show a small loss this morning but whether the official WI at teatime will-who knows??
Bit of a change of plan today. I'm going to try and have fruit during the day before WI and then I'm going to make a nice slow cooked beef casserole for tea (got meat that I got on 3 for £10 that needs using) with mash, veg and possibly yorkshire puddings-yummy!!!
Hope I can stick to it as I really want to have lost at least 1lb tonight to get my stone!!
 
Oh and I know I shouldn't get on my scales-but I'm naughty!!!!!!!!

So far I've had an alpen light and an apple an lots of water and green tea. I've done loads of housework today to try and keep my mind off food but I'm getting a bit peckish now!
 
Lost 1.5lbs which means I've lost my stone!!Yeyhay!!!

T- (after WI!) beef casserole (extra lean beef, onion, mushroom, carrot, celery, stock cube, 3 tsps gravy granules), mashed potato, cabbage, leeks, cauliflower, peas, 3 sainsburys basics yorkshire puddings-yummy!!! Timeout.
Syns-gravy-4, yorkshire puddings-6, timeout-4.5.
Total-14.5. Weekly-62.5/105.
