Todays food:
Hex A-375mls skimmed milk
Hex B-wm roll.
B-coffee
S-(after WI) apple.
D-ham, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot, onion, beetroot, salad cream, bread roll.
T-pork steaks, rice, curry of-mushy peas, tinned tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, carrot, garlic, ginger, curry powder, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, tomato puree. This filled around half my plate-maybe a good job later that I sleep alone!!!
Pudding-meringue nest, 1/2 a pot of choc philly light, strawberries.
Syns-salad cream-2, meringue-2.5, choc philly-2.5. Total 7/15.
I've had lots of green tea today. I've also had some evening primrose oil (which probably needs to be synned??) as I was very PMTy this month and I know the EPO helps so I think I need it.
I've made a rough plan for the next week to help me stay on track.
Sat 25th-B-oaty pancakes (hexB), fruit.
D-pork steak, salad.
T-mums roast pork and frylighted veg.
Sun 26th-Brunch-bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, frylighted bread(hexB).
T-at a friends for kids party so I'm taking my own food-ham, salad, new potatoes.
Mon 27th-D-ham salad and bread(hexB)
T-chicken, wedges, veg/salad.
Tues 28th-D-SW quiche, salad.
T-veg chilli. Not sure about hexB.
Weds 29th-D-SW quiche, salad
T-pasta with tomato and vegs sauce inc soft cheese 2 syns for 50g)
Thurs 1st (WI) D-SW quiche and salad.
T -after WI, fishfingers, wedges, mushy peas, tom sauce, bread.
Fri 2nd-D-SW quiche and salad
T-3 sausages, roast pots, veg.
Sat 3rd-B-bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, frylighted bread.
T (after work) roast, frylighted pots, lots of veg at mums.
Sun 4th-Brunch-oaty pancakes, fruit, possibly a touch of bacon. I want to see how many syns toffee sauce is.
T-sausages, roast pots, veg.
Mon 5th (I'm on school trip),D- pasta salad with 2 chopped sausages, fruit.
T-HM burgers, wedges, bread roll, salad.
Very boring for anyone reading but pleased I've got a rough plan to follow.
