Hollyjayne - u should def not be under eating on points - they are there for a reason - u should at least be eating dailies and ideally most weeklies for the best losses... if u aren't then you body goes into starvation mode and holds on to what u eat... then u wont lose as much (if anything) ... that's my thoughts on the matter anyways
