new start, we have let things slip

Ok so I weighed in and this is my new start! 12 stone 2lbs somehow. Heres to seeing less of me next week.
 
fso, that a good start 1lb down from 5th april. good things expected from all of us next week. jubean where are you? Bren i know i should look at things in the long term it is a long rocky road i am walking.
 
FSO, good work, back to have you in the zone again after a very envious time in London! I love London.

FB it's a journey. I am learning this time that although only 22lbs to my ultimate goal. I do a diet every year for my holiday, enjoy myself and then gain weight and end up every year with the same amount to loose again before bikini time. Last 2 years have been drastic diets. This year WW, slow and steady.

It really is true 'A LOSS IS A LOSS NOT MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL',......... a 'STS' IS just as good as it means no gain. '1LB' gain cannot be taken to heart as it's too insignificant unless it happens consecutively.

mines a monday too. I had a blip on day 2 but got back on track yesterday. hoping for an even better day today. hope you're all well. Off to see a dance show tonight which should be good and I wont be at home to eat! :)

Well fingers and toes crossed for all of us. I'm hoping for a good one as I've had a very good week food wise, could have done some more exercise, but I make up for this over the weekend.

my tummys all swollen and keep getting wierd spasm like pains. the way I feel - I dont think im losing. ah well. lets see on monday. Hope youre both ok and good luck with weigh in tomorrow x
 
i feel like ive put on a few pounds. but my tummy feels all wrong. bought lots of fruit so hoping that might help. Ended up doing a few hours of work today as works very stressful and overwhelming at the moment and although i shouldnt be working at weekend, a couple of hours work relieved one of my major stresses at work. Think might do a bit tomorrow too as just feel gotta get a handle on a few things. Giving tummy a few more days and if doesnt settle then guess have no option but to get to docs. Did you weigh in FB? Any news on JuBean? Maybe shes bogged down wth weddingy stuff and uni?

Thanks FSO, really sorry to hear that your tummy is still giving your grief. Sounds like you might have to make that appt. Have you tried taking some 'probiotics' this is bought at the chemist and is really good for putting healthy bacteria back into your digestive system.

I am nervous about WI. I am very pleased that I have not even jumped on the scales once since last Monday. I am trying really hard to only weigh once a week.

sorry only posting now as i meet up last night with girls from a forum i go on who came over here to belfast for the weekend, lots of food and drink so have my work cut out to lose for next week. but back to the big question, what did i loss this week any quesses girls, well you would be right of you said 1lb. bet that came as no surprise to anyone. i would love to get a surprise one day and get 2lbs.
 
Well at least you are consistent!

I missed WI due to a spontaneous weekend away with hubby. We went out for breakie and then was going to do some groceries and decided to go for a drive out to a country town. We had a lovely dinner and a few drinks, so stay in a lovely hotel and had buffet breakfast before heading home this morning. I went to the gym this afternoon and have stayed within my points but feel very full. Having a lemon and water now before bed in an hour.

Will let you now of the WI tomorrow.

i stayed the same but i know i only managed 2 good days last week. Ive been super good yesterday and today and started writing everything down again. Had no wierd pains today nor yesterday so heres hoping tummys settling down. Im even eating my five a day!!! which in itself has to be a good thing in the long run. well done with your pound FB. Youre at the weight I wanna be at for the summer. well done. Good luck with weigh in tomorrow bren x
 
no weight on anyway fso, so that is good.hopefully the tum is settling and not going to cause more problems. how did weigh in go bren.?
 
Ladies a 1lb loss. Not what I was expecting as I had been really super with points and ok with exercise. I did go away for the weekend and had to WI this morning. Still a loss is a loss and it just means that this week I need to work a little harder. My holiday is in 9 weeks and I need/ would love to be 6kilos lighter than now. It's still doable and I think that I am going to try and eat foods from my restrictive diet of past and balance my sugar levels. I wont meticuliously weigh my portions thought like you are suppose to.

It's going to be a little detox this week and if I feel the need to deviate I will opt for a piece of fruit or a WW snack or a Light 1pt Hot choc drink.

Going to up the water and get to the gym on Thursday, night. I will be playing sport with the kids on Thursday avo too!

Enough of my ranting. xx
 
well done Bren. A pound is good and in the right direction. I probably drank 800mls today. Will aim for a lil more tomorrow BUT i am going out for an italian tomorrow but will try not to go too crazy. tummy was ok today too but I have started eating fruit and think for the past 3 days i have been eating my 5 a day which i have shocked myself over! i guess its a start in the right direction. All the best for the week ahead :)
 
Well done on the water FSO! Wow and the healthy choices there, 5 fruit and vege, long may it continue. I have a strong feeling about fresh, unprocessed foods and that they are better for us and are digested more proficiently if you know what I'm getting at. I always aim for this.

As for this week, we had a public holiday on Monday and I feel that this week at work/school has flown by, 2 days to go!? CRAZY. Will be WI before I know it. Aim for this week is the gym tomorrow night and over the weekend. Also 2ltrs of water a day and my daily sit ups. Oh and importantly I would like to loose 800gm or more at WI. That's just under 2 lbs.

hi guys. sorry for not posting for a few days. Hope you are all well. Thanks Bren - ive managed to continue with the 5 a day and seem to have resolved the tummy issue but my back is now officially buggered and affecting my legs. Id been lucky for quite a while as had managed to control it but i think its given up. Think the diets going ok. Think i should have lost something this week. Back on the pain killers including codeine which means I am going to be constipated all over again (sorry for all the info). Ah well. What will be will be. How did weigh in go today FB? I hope you got your pound if not more! Bren - we have a bank hol this Monday. I have had a fun packed week so far. The italian went well and didnt seem to damage the diet too much. Thursday I went to a live football semi final which was a fab experience and also managed to be super good that day. I didnt even share a muffin my friend wanted me to share!! I did however have the gorgeous popcorn at the cinema but hoping I have been "good" more than the minor "naughties" so hope I will still lose. Been good today too but havent managed my 5 a day. Im finding it easier to take lots of fruit to work. Off out again tonight but topped up with lots of painkillers. Oh and guys - I have booked my next hol for the end of the month :D
