New to simply filling- any help appreciated

9st 6.25lb :-D so that's 1.25lb down from last week and considering I had a day off plan and it's totm I am absolutely overjoyed with that result. It's also 0.5lb less than my previous lowest weight yay.

Only dampener on it is that I know I havnt ate well this week. Been struggling to eat proper meals as not used to weird shift times at work yet. Have had a couple propoints days which I rarely do but it's just because I havnt ate enough to go over points due to having snacks instead of meals. That is Definately not how I want to lose weight and is not the healthy option. Hopefully build up to some longer shifts at work where I get a lunch break which will make things much easier or at least plan ahead and have options that I can eat at funny times when I will be missing proper mealtimes.

Don't start til 12 today so can have a proper brunch before I go out at least :) x

Thanks ladies :) 9 and half stone is the lowest I ever remember being before so it's all new lowest weights from here on yay! Just home from work and got rum in hand and sticking on girl with the dragon tattoo to watch so all is well with the world :-D happy Friday everyone! Just a shame I got to work all weekend boo. X

Woo realised that I would probably be better pro pointing yesterday and it went from 10 weeklies to 2 :-D love having that flexibility!

Think it'll only really work for work days with strange shifts as I tend to just have 2 meals plus snacks instead of 3 proper meals.

Oh and good news I can buy a toaster for work so thats well worth a fiver so I can have crumpets at work :) x
 
I just did the same for my day yesterday so 16 weeklies used instead of 25 though yours is better lol.Thats good news bout the toaster,well worth the fiver as you say.Can't beat some yummy crumpets during the day :0)
 
That's an impressive drop in weeklies. I am going to try and have more SF days this week as I kind of liked not counting points for the last couple of days but I know I will begrudge counting having weeklies for cheese etc when I have been used to having them from my daily pp.

Good news about the toaster. £5 definitely well spent. We aren't allowed a toaster at work :( Hospital policy as they set the smoke alarms off too often and that leads to ward evacuations and fire engines and angry bosses...

Looks like you are gradually managing to eat proper meals when at work. Really like the idea of the take away chickpea dahl and using your own rice for it.

How are you days at work for next week? And how has the ankle been for the last couple of days?
 
Hey chick, just catching up on diaries and look how well you've done!! OMG, under 9 and a half stone, I can only dream!! WW has really done the trick for you hasn't it, are you on it for the long term now or do you still dabble with SW?
 
Thanks Beegee I havnt really lost that much weight while on ww as have had a good few weeks where I didnt really stick to it but most of the time when I stick to plan I still get a loss which is fab no matter how small as less than half a stone now til target. So sticking to simply filling and then when I get to target will probably just combine the 2 plans into one super awesome plan where I eat free foods from sw and ww! :)

Got pretty good shifts this week mostly short ones and a good few early finishes. Sadly other than yesterday the rest of my shifts this week are all in a different shop. Already finished my first shift there a cheeky wee 7am til 11am :) I always dread unfamiliar surroundings especially since I'm only back at work just over 2 weeks so still finding my feet there nevermind at another shop, but it was fine was kept busy so it flew in.

Off to see magic mike tonight with my friend so that should be good. Maybe a few cheeky cocktails afterwards too! Hope everyone had a lovely weekend and will catch up on diaries when I get home just on the train home at the mo. x

Egg on a burger sounds wierd but it's awesome!! Totally addicted to egg bagels especially since I discovered the magic of making an egg in a cup in microwave so whole meal complete in about 2munutes (today's took an extra few mins due to the veggie burger) and weird fake cheese slices are amazing on it!

Some cocktails were on special offer for £1.99 think I had 6! Oh and half of a pizza too but it was pretty small and really thin crispy base. To be honest I don't know how to point the pizza, different fruit juices and different booze so just going to try and keep weeklies quite low rest of the week and not attempt pointing today. It was mostly booze/fruit juice rather than loads of food so hopefully won't cause a big gain!

Looking good Laura! I think going into new surroundings for work is always unsettling, ESP if you don't know anyone, it's like starting over again! Think it's a bit unfair on you considering you're just getting back to it.
