New to simply filling- any help appreciated

The tea was really nice I do get excited about new tea must work my way through ALL THE TEA :)

Past 2 days I havn't really had much during the day then a really massive portion for dinner so that explains the 200g pasta (I am a pasta fiend too ilovecake could eat masses of it!) same with chips and chickpea Dahl last night.

I am finding I'm not so hungry during the day lately especially when I work strange shifts. I guess when I was home during the day eating was something to pass the time whereas I don't need that now so been eating less during the day but not deliberately. Will probably feature loads more toast and crumpets when I get my toaster for work but been in a different shop all this week.

Shall update my food in a sec then head to bed will catch up on diaries tomorrow I'm utterly shattered was in town by 9am then home then out to post office depot then tidy up and make lunch then work then stress control class and I've literally just got home and sat down!! Time to chill then make something very quick for dinner x

Ok so weigh in day and at 6am scales were showing 9st 5.5lb and after work showed 9st 4.5lb so going with yesterday's 9st 5lb since that's right in the middle and probably most accurate for what it would say on the scales at 9am!

So that's a loss of 1.25lb :) feels great getting losses so close to target so very pleased!! Also considering I had couple slices of pizza and 6 cocktails one night that's amazing :-D

Had a busy day so not had time to catch up on diaries so hope you are all well and will make time to read through them all somepoint this weekend.

So my night out is tonight yay off to see the bf's band playing and then out for a boogie :-D

Going to try counting points for food but ignore the booze points this week as otherwise I will probably use up all my weeklies tonight then end up totally off plan.

Shall update my food so far today and catch up with you all soon xx

Fab news on the loss :) Hope you enjoy your night out tonight. What sort of band is your OH in? Turns out we are now going out tonight rather than tomorrow night as its "rock city in the 90s" tonight and a load of our friends are going. Its not bad usually, plays all the stuff they used to play in rock clubs in the 90s so all nostalgic for us aged creatures ;)

Sw chips get me too, I now only cut up one potato each for Dh and I because I could eat 6 as chips. Love them.

Thanks ladies it's pretty exciting how close target is now!! Not in any great rush to get there though I lose a few pounds then gain some then lose it again generally so it's been a very scenic route but the end is in sight.

In bed. Bit hungover. Had an amazing night I absolutely loved it. Didn't think my ankle would hold up and i would probably have to leave early but nope I made it right through til 3am closing time :-D lots of rum was consumed but I didn't go toooo crazy with booze as since I havnt been out properly in so so long didn't want to end up a drunken vomitting mess. Probably had about 10 drinks I reckon and stuck to spirits and mix though one of the drinks I had in the house was full fat coke and I think some of the drinks in the club might have been too as all my friends drink normal coke and drunken people aren't great at remembering to ask for one to be diet coke ;-)

On the way home I avoided chips etc but did give in to a packet of frazzles crisps and a galaxy flute so not too bad at all!! *smug*

The little floor in the club was really quiet which I loved a lot of the night we had the dance floor to ourselves and it also meant the dj played every single song we requested. That floor was pop-punk/emo type stuff mostly and we managed to get pretty much every song we love played there was literally 2songs the entire night that I didn't love and danced along to everything else. Thought the night might end up disappointing as I was so looking forward to it but it was amazing.

Shall try to avoid the hungover munchies today. Just counting food points and ignoring the alcohol this week ;-)

Going to change yesterday to simply filling as I had a massive dinner so I wouldn't get too drunk. Going to be lazy and retype it rather than go find and edit the post. X

Aww, so glad you had such a lovely time and hope you're not suffering too much for it today! :) I'm such a bore, I can never make it till 3am, I'm usually ready for my bed long before then haha
 
I was up before 6am for work and didn't get home til 4am I have no idea how I managed normally in my old age I really struggle to make it to closing time but was just having so much fun dancing. If I could just get some sleep I'm sure I would feel much better it was one of those nights where the drink gives you a really crap disturbed sleep waking up every half hour or so. Been awake for hours already gah! :-( x

Your night out sounds fab. Glad it lived up to its high expectations. Totally relate to the disturbed sleep due to alcohol. Its one of the things I like most about not drinking usually on nights out - however late i get home I still get a proper restful night's sleep because i have just been on the night coke all night.

And "woooooo" for magically free rum ;) Must look in the shops for some of that...
