Well I lost a pound so I am really pleased as I have only really been back on track since Monday. It has spurred me on anyway.:D

We came home last night from Mums. She gets very tired but considering what she jas been through I think that she is doing well.

As usual I have gone over my syns over the weekend but I think I will count my syns on a weekly basis like before. I hope to have less syns today and in general I am much more in control.
After WI on Wednesday I am also going to start my weekly food diary on that day.

hi jane i start my food diary on weds after weigh in on tues i also count my syns weekly now, then if i go over it doesn't matter (psychological thing lol) i am glad that ur mum is doing well x good luck for weigh in on weds love val xx
 
Thanks Val x. I am not sure how I did syn wise yesterday as my husband cooked a dinner that I couldn't totaly syn properly. I know that the sausages from the butcher are supposed to be low syn but some of the sauces were added to by husband so its anyones guess!

I lost 1.5lbs so at least I am still going in the right direction. From today I will start to count my syns weekly so that when I go over my allowance on a Friday and Saturday I will hopefully be able to control them a bit better.
Well its a fresh SW week and I feel really positive and aim to try some different meals during the next week.

I am having a struggle with my husband as he can't get his head around red and green days. I plan my day and then find that he has cooked something that doesn't fit in with the plan. I am definitly better on red and green days with the odd EE day thrown in. I am grateful that I have a husband who likes to cook but I am getting really frustrated.
Anyway moan over!
 
As usual I went way over my syns Friday and Saturday so aim to cut down between now and Wednesday. I will be staying at mums from tomorrow night until Saturday evening so I need to make sure that I stay out of her goodies cupboard or should I call it the baddies cupboard instead?
We have decided to have a rest day today as I am feeling really tired so looking forward to a peaceful day.
 
Hi sweets, how about sitting down with hubby, a notepad and a stack of sw mags... go through them all and plan your week out, asking hubby what he fancies cooking etc, that way you know what to fit into the rest of the day, maybe even invest in a white / black board for the fridge so you can write the meal plan up for the week (making sure he doesn't forget). xxx
