Looks like I havn't done very well points wise so I am not too hopeful for WI.
 
I put on 0.5lb so I had better cut down on my syns. I must admit that I have become a bit too fond of Velvet Crunch again.Will have to get my act together.

Although I have gone over my syns again this weekend I feel that I am more in control. I aim to be 100% on plan until WI on Wednesday so hope for a better resuls than last week. I have also been walking to work everyday so fingers crossed.

ditto jane i am trying to claw my gain back for tues will be happy if i can get 2 of it back a 2lb gain wouldn't be so bad, why does it take weeks to come off but can go on in 1 week lol good luck for wi weds xx
 
Thanks EmmyLou, yes Velvet crunch has crept back with a vengeance, though I am trying to eat Ryvita minis as a healthy option sometimes.x

Sorry to hear that you have gained Val but I know that you will get back on track when you have recovered from the shock!x

I lost 2.5lbs this week so I am happy. I thought that I had only lost 2 lbs so I was pleasantly surprised when I looked at my ticker. I have made some small changes to my diet and intend to follow the same plan this week. I am panicking because Christmas is just around the corner and I really would like my 2st sticker back by then.(having said that I would probably lose it again at Christmas- might as well be realistic about it!)

Hope that everyone has a good weekend. I may not be able to get onto Minimins until Sunday.
 
hi jane well done on ur 2.5lbs loss :happy096: i am also making a few changes going to do a few red & green days been doing quite a few ee days lately,am hoping they might shake my system up a bit. i went for a 2.27mile walk to town instead of taking the car felt much better afterwards
going to do 15 mins on exercise bike now :) have a good week love val xx

I have not had a bad week SW wise but a sluggish digestive system has made me feel very bloated. My husband suggested that I give up bananas which I have found difficult because I absolutly love them. Anyway I havn't had bananas since Tuesday and it quite honestly hasn't made any difference though it might aid my weight loss perhaps.
I am enjoying a long weekend, we got back from mum's last night and will be going back tomorrow after we have done some Christmas shopping.

hi jane i managed to lose those pesky lbs am a lb under target now, i will have to be careful this week cause i might put a couple of lbs back on now i'm feeling better and eating properly, hope ur having a good day xx

I only lost 0.5lb but at least it is going in the right direction.
I am feeling quite stressed at work and feel generally horrid. Not sure if it is a mixture of the other things going on in my life. Time will tell I suppose.
