Hi everyone, hope i scraped in on january challenge, i only get weighed every two weeks and yesterday was feb 1st but i am pleased to say i lost 2 pounds which means i hit my january target and more importently i hit GOAL !!!!. All you newcomers stick with this plan it is amazing i can not praise it enough 4st 2lbs in 17 weeks would not of believed that back in october when i started. I hope i can still keep dipping into this forum it has been a fantastic support to me over the weeks, keep up all your good work tke care Lorraine
