Aww, its so nice to hear from you. Glad you're ok despite th rubbish few week.

The forum had some security issue or something a few days ago and its been like this since. Bit hard to get used to!

Use the app if you have a smartphone, it hasn't changed! Current threads aren't the same but can still be found in subbed threads in the 'more' section!

I quite like the new site though :)

Luckily I do use it on my phone most of the time, but can't be bothered switching from my phone/laptop whenever I'm on the latpop anyway so having to try and get used to it. It's okay - just different, I don't like change haha!

Lol me either tbh! I'm sure we'll all be used to it soon though! I'm still viewing it zoomed in about 4x lol Can't get used to the smaller text!

welcome back jez! was worried xxx

Hiya Jez - I've been away for a while too. Sorry to hear you've had a rubbish time of it recently. Hope it's getting sorted now. Your bridesmaids sound a total nightmare. Can you sack them too???? :bighug: xxx

Hi
Was just wondering where you were, so glad you are back :))
x

You've disappeared again :( Hope you're okay, lovely! x

I realised that when I'm in control of my food I manage to keep my entire life under control too :)

Never a truer word spoken, that's exactly how I feel.
I've started reading your diary from the beginning today as I was aware of you from the Unthoughtful people thread and thought you made some excellent (and funny) points on there so thought I'd check out your diary. I have to say I thoroughly admire your will and determination given the demands of your busy lifestyle. What rang true with me was when you said about buying food on the go from petrol stations and shops. That was definitely my downfall this last year or so, so am pleased to have got that under control (can't believe quite how much I was spending per week on these "snacks" I'm definitely financially better off even paying SW £5 a week).

Anyway, will keep reading on, just felt I had to comment on this as it really resonated.

Well done with your weight loss, you're doing fab!

Andrea x

HELLO LOVELIES!!!

I've had a bloody chaotic few weeks and I apologise for my complete lack of Minimins love :( Hopefully I'm back for good now, although I may have to contain my ramblings to my diary as I end up "forgetting" to do work when I venture elsewhere in the forum!

Nice to see a new face- Andrea, hope things are going well for you weight loss, I shall get to know you no doubt!

Bit of an update, work is no longer an issue as i'm basically working alone. Yes, I'm making less money, but I'm getting to spend a lot more time with my hubby to be and am enjoying life a lot more. Wedding countdown has officially started and with this comes endless issues that I'm sure I'll bore you all with at a later date.

I've just got back from my week-long hen week in Majorca (!) and disgustingly put on 9lb- oh lord. So I'm back on track, made a lovely bright green batch of Broccoli and Caul soup this morn and have done my weekly food plan. It involves lots of vegetables. My date for dress fitting is July 19th so there shall be lots of boring food, zumba and farting in the mean time.

My eyelashes are coming on well, I shall post a photo for you all to marvel at :)

How are we all getting on ladies? Backy- absolutely loving your new avatar- such a pretty girl!

xx

Yes yes, I have mascara on, but only one very clumpy coat so this is essentially the length i've gained from using the Revitalash- amazing isn't it!

Waaah Jez is back!! Hello lovely missed your chat!

Ooh eyelashes look fab! When's the wedding?

Glad work is less stressful as you say long term happiness is far more important than money so well done for making the tough decision.

Hen holiday sounds great I'm sure the gain was well worth it :) xx

WOW HELLO YOU! Thought you'd disappeared forever! :(

Glad to see work is better now... in the long run happiness trumps more money! Hope you had a fab hen week and the 9lbs was very much deserved! XD

Wedding is August 25th so I REALLY need to get my arse in gear!!!!

As for the holiday- ate fried foods 5 times a day and replaced water with rum, I haven't got a leg to stand on :(

How are we all? xx

Oooh not long now, exciting! I am good, still off work with my damn ankle but hopefully not too much longer now can get myself out and about now thankfully!

Dabbling in the darkside and tried a bit of weight watchers, then ended up away from home so went back to sw for convenience but going to give ww a fair try as been losing and gaining same few pounds forever it seems! Butt in gear!! X

Ahhh, how are you finding it?? Thought about doing that myself, seem a bit fed up with SW at the moment. Up until the hen, there hadn't been a single week when I had gained but I just seemed to be losing 1/2 at a time- bloody infuriating. Ended up with my books all over the floor, found a few new recipes to try out so I'm feeling a bit more enthusiastic now.

Day 1 hasn't gone too well though- ended up doing a longer than expected shift in work (the perils of working alone :() so although I'd started out well prepared (Minestrone soup, bananas, apples, strawberry's, mullerlight) I ended up gorging myself on 2 packets of crisps and a Time Out at the end of the day. Really disappointed with myself. So, Day 1 will officially start tomorrow, hahaha!
