hungry and cold. have had another bar today so 4 products as i really wanted something else and i do not want to turn to cheese, nuts or anything else we have lying around.

810 plan plus extra bar.... few mouthfuls of cottage cheese so probably more 1000cals today.

exercise...

core stability aprox 100 cals
zumba aprox 500 cals
total - - - - - - - - - - - 600 cals gone.
 
totally addicted to next. i love looking at the clothes and sometimes i buy :eek: very naughty. think hubby's going to say something soon.
 
Hve you ever heard of Ness clothing? They do mostly bags and purses etc, but I LOVE them! Then today some guy phoned asking about having some bespoke candles made, then said he was from a Scottish company called Ness. I actually shreiked! Then started rambling about how much I loved my next Ness stuff. The guy just laughed and was suprised I'd heard of them, think I made his day.
 
My friend has got a ness bag, a tartan rose broach thing and some other bits from ness too, she loves that kind of thing!
 
quite expensive but a few nice things in the sale.

And yes, they are pricey. I watch ebay for bargains! Like the handbag Im after RRP £60, going for £6 at the minute!
 
oooo, will have to look then. i'm not a massive handbag person. i have a couple of going out ones then i have a big one that i had to stop using as i couldn't take that and the changing bags with my 2 kids.

my little girl has gone to bed with no nappy on tonight. she's showed no signs of stopping using them but i know that she knows what they're for and it being very lazy. fingers crossed for success within the week.

just seen 2 nice ness items for sale on ebay, new. pink top and a pink tartan skirt. have put them on my watch list.
 
i've been recording my evening and morning weight for the past few days. might share tomorrow. there's no corrolation to it. completely obscure.
 
down a bit on the scales this am. bleurgh. wish it was lower still. then exercise weeks i don't tend to loose a massive amount. 11st 4lbs this am. weigh in on monday had me up at 11st 5.5lb :mad:

just want to be 11st 3lbs or lower on monday. exercise week's i'm lucky to loose 2lbs. non exercise weeks i loose on average 4lbs. why????? might be all the extra water i retain as my fingers go like sausages, then it might be that my body is having trouble processing the extra cals burnt so decides to retain what it can as i'm in starvation mode. it will need further analysis. this time i do not want to stop exercise. it was ok at xmas when i was mega busy with hospital visits and general xmas stuff but not now. thinking up plan might be the only answer. worth a try next week maybe if the loose is pants.
 
hate today. just bored, hungry fed up and i really honestly can't understand it when people say i'm slim. i can't see it. why?

Having a bad day. I feel like I am not coping on the 810 now. If I could eat my own arm I would. Have had some extra cals and feel better. So far I've drank loads of coffee which is not great!:(
 
P.s I feel like my body is rebelling! Argh!
 
I've always found 810 to be the hardest plan, it's why I always give up without working up the plans. I don't feel like there's enough of anything, just enough food to make you hungry but not enough to satisfy. :( but you're stronger than I am :D
