nikki's diary - closed...... moved over to maintenance to test the water!

i've been experimenting with eye shadow too. shimmery silver with very dark/midnight blue almost black. looks amazing. i love it.
 
i'll be going soon.... my laptop is down to 12% that's around 12 mins left.

weight on this am. i know it's the amount of water i drank yesterday and not going to the loo. 2 litres/4 pints of water and my coffee i'm fine but more than that i retain.

just under 122 hours til weigh in.
 
You drank too much and I didn't drink enough :( I've made a plan to try and space out my water and shakes a bit better through the day because I'm all over the place with them at the moment. Have a good day!
 
Nikki my Bob stuff is here and it's fab!! T-shirt is very big but it's fine to go over my leggings, it covers my fat ass lol! I love love love them!!

argh. i can't see them. it popped up then disappeared never to be seen again. i'll try again later. mine has come but i was out having a 'lovely ladies that lunch' facial. 4 hours til i can get it. so 2pm. i'll go for it later. can't wait. i'm at the gym tomorrow for core and zumba so i'll be wearing mine.

what size hoodie did you get? i got large, i'm hoping it's large enough. i got the v-neck t as i can't stand anything round my neck, i'm weird like that.
 
I got xl and it fits fine so the large will fit you and prob be big. The t-shirt is enormous though but different styles might be different sizes.

i've had to alter the neck on the v-neck as it wasn't low enough for me.
 
They look good, I couldn't get Bobs name on it without it looking odd, never thought to put it in brackets like you have! I feel another t-shirt might need ordering on payday lol. We'll be the envy of DLs lol.

bugg*r.... bought some dr pepper zero. took a couple of swigs tonight and thought it taste really nice and very sweet. took a look at the can and it was regular dr pepper. bungles, bungles, bungles.

first zumba class and all i can say is wow. bring on next thursday.... quick.... please :)

did core stability then.... zumba. i loved it. drank 2 litres of water, 1 during and 1 after. i was dripping afterwards. with having short hair i've nothing to absorb the sweat anymore and i keep thinking the gym has a leak.... it doesn't, it's me sweating. i stank towards the end.

have signed up for next thursday, dude's in creche. i can't wait. i want to do another one now, now i say. mind i got home and i can agree with shanny i was starving hungry i had some cottage cheese and a couple of cups of coffee, had a shower between the cups and felt quite dizzy, then my porridge. i had a bar this morning as the cals and carbs are higher. i'm now thinking that maybe the 810 is far too low. my weight isn't shifting. it's going up then down the same pound and i'm being good. my body fat % is 31.8 so in the normal range. so i might be moving up or having to move up faster than i first thought.

some days when i go to the gym if i'm extra hungry i do have something else like an extra shake if i need it or a few mouthfuls of cottage cheese. this is obviously not enough.

thursday - exercise - check
 
p.s i would really like to do a class on wednesday, my monday night body pump class and then maybe friday do something too. this is not going to happen on this plan, it is not possible. i am listening to my body and i know that this would certainly not be possible as i'm only just managing to do what i'm doing now, even that's a bit of a struggle.
