this diary starts with day 2. day 1 was a blur and just remember feeling fine in the morning and my evening i was starving hungry but i got through it as you do.

day 2

gerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

feel so hungry.

hoping it passes.

trying to keep myself occupied.

focusing on day 3 coming in tomorrow and the fact that my breath honks. totally stinks this must be a great sign. fingers crossed. keep wanting forbidden drinks to the point where i can taste it in my mouth!

Hey there, I see you run!! I am starting CD on Sunday. I run 4/5k 2/3 times a week and have 10k booked on the 6th of March. How do you find exercise/busy lifestyle with this diet? I am in the RAF and want to know if I can still carry on with the odd run etc.

Thanks

Chelle

hi

i feel ok on exercise. you might want to take it easy for the 1st 2 weeks though. just let your body get used to the lower cals. i've managed 6 miles, so just under a 10k on ss but i wouldn't recommend it. get the bulk off asap then up it for the 10k.

back now. had to do the washing up. couldn't leave it and hubby won't do it.

i organise my wardrobe in colour combos. blacks, red, pinks etc you get the idea. my towels in my cupboard are organised in size. small, hand towel's under the shelf, medium to the left, large to the right. when i sort out the clothes from the dryer i put the towels in size order at the bottom of the basket then i put each persons clothes in a plastic bag ready to go into their room and to be put away.

at the weekend emily had a manic time and decided to put on odd socks. this really did it, it couldn't stand it. drove me mental. now we have odd socks on the cabinet upstairs as i won't put them in her sock drawer. when i put her undies away i put her knickers one on top of the other facing upwards and her vests are folded into 4.

these are the tip of the iceberg. i'm more relaxed now that i was before kids.

Ha ha I discovered I had odd socks on when I got to work one day they were both black but slightly different so I had to take them off! I'd rather spend all day sockless than in odd socks. Glad it's not just me!

:D i go sockless all the time. never wear socks unless i'm running and i have proper running socks that have a left and a right on them. :D:D

Hehehe! I wear odd socks nearly every single day, to the point where I only buy black socks now so that I don't have to worry about people seeing them. As long as they are both black!

But, the volume has to be on an even number (car, tv etc), I have to stir coffee, soup, beans in the same direction, all pens and paper on my desk have to be square and I have wierd counting rituals....like:

If I look at a word, I will count how many lines make up the outline and can't stop until I end on a multiple of 5 or 10. For example, the letter S has four lines, the letter T has 8 lines. If I get to the end of the word and it hasn't ended on a 5 or 10, then I will count each letter itself as a digit, so the word 'THE' has 32 lines making up the outline of the 3 letters, so then I would add another 1 for the letter T, another 1 for the letter H and another 1 for the letter E. Making 35, so I can finish there! If it didn't make a 5 or 10 then I would have to draw an imaginary box/frame around the word and count the outline of that, inside and out, then I would count the background colour inside the frame as 1 and then the background colour outside the frame as 1, I can't stop until it equals a multiple of 5 or 10! lol

I used to do this all the time, but now I do it when nervous or if something is distracting/bothering me. I tend to do it often if I can't sleep for troubled thoughts and staring at the alarm clock. I'll also add up the numbers on the clock to make a 5 or 10 multiple. ie 23:11 = 7, so I would have to stare at the clock until it was 23:14.

I do another thing where I will spell out word on my fingers and I would start on my thumbs and go through my fingers on one hand, till my little finger and then go back again to my thumb and wouldn't be able to stop until a word finished on my thumb.

I've never realised how crazy that all sounds until I just tried to explain it! lol

even black socks have different shades :D lol

you are very odd, you fit right in with us all here in the mad world of BOB! (H)

weight is down a bit. yes i know gg. it's all recorded in my mobile. i'll have to post it on here lol. i think that there's a few missing but it was time i'd not written it down or tried not to go on the scale.

Well it's 9:23 and I can't get out of bed until it's a number that ends in 5 or 0 lol. 9:25 I'm waiting!!!

i used to do this too. pre kids. now you get up regardless of time :D

I get to go on the treadmill next week at physio, for 3 whole minutes, woo hoo :D if my boss only knew lol, he'd have me back at work faster than I could blink :p I'm happy because progress is finally being made!!! :D

yep :D go surf :D:D

did zumba again today. i love it. i really want to do it every day. it makes feel very very happy and comfortable with myself. my hair gets soaked in sweat and i drink 1 litre of water throughout the class. i go straight to the front now as i love watching the instructor. i'm used to really shaking my toush too and my hooters :D:D:D

is the kinetics game just as good as the real zumba classes though as i've very tempted to get one and to it when i don't do zumba.

I miss zumba soo much!! I wish I could manage to shake my touche and hooters together but have no rhythm so it's one or the other but who cares it's fun!!

The game isn't quite as good as the class but it's still definitely worth it for when you can't get there. You put as much effort into it as you want really! I love the game but can't beat the atmosphere of the class! :D

I'll have to have a look at DLs timetables again for when I'm fit enough to return to the mothership lol. ;)

at the min it's

tuesday's 11-12
wed 5.45-6.45
thur 10-11

she's trying to get a weekend class on but there's no room on the timetable as yet. maybe after easter when the new timetables starts the class times will change.

off for the weekend. going to the lakes to stay with hubby's parents.

have a great time. you are my inspiration exercise wise. there is areally expensive gym near me that i want to join for the classes only but am debating whether to do so even though i might be out of work soon or to save the money and put it towards a holiday! exercise just makes so much difference to my mood that i think its worth it. am managing on using treadmill at home and dvd's at home for now but like going to classes.

have a great weekend, its gonna be nice weather tomorrow.

hey leeds, haven't gone yet as hubby's not home from work. why not look for local classes? they might be a bit cheaper but still get the same buzz. i know zumba in this area is about £3 a session. if you did 5 classes a week that's £15, in 1 month that could be £60 which might be the same as joining a gym anyway. worth pricing out. some gyms do 3 month specials etc. what's the gym called near you?
