It's hump day today ;-) we're over the hump and on our way down to the weekend.... x
 
We are indeed _ I'm just in from work and only have 7pp left but the throat from hell so just going to have crisps and diet coke.

Hump day is usually the worst :(
 
Never heard Wednesday being called hump day before, but I like it lol. Hope you are feeling better. Everyone seems to have that horrible cold. Don't know how I've avoided it before, I'm plying hubby with manuka honey, lemon and hot water, seems to be helping him. Feel better soon xx

Hi everyone!!! Back after a week of bingeing :(

Simply filling after a long time of counting!

Breakfast- 2 slices of ww bread

Snack- yogurt

Lunch- ham salad

Dinner- pasta and veg and bacon- 1pp

I also wondered where u went, im glad ur back, u answer lots of my questions! Well done for getting back on track, that's the hardest thing, have u had a Wi since the wk off
 
No wi - I had kebabs, Chinese three times, chips, KFC and lots of sweets. So bad but at least I'm hanging in.

In quite a bit of pain in my hips- sore to sit at times. Couldn't even look at minimins as the guilt was unreal but I suppose that's part of being human!

It's all part of the journey hon. I guess if it was plain sailing all the way through we'd all be thin!

It helps knowing it happens to others at times- I'm glad to have completed day one of simply filling- the first three days are the hardest!

I'm pleased with today's behaviour :)
 
Day two on simply filling

Breakfast- trusty all bran and skimmed milk :)

Snack- yogurt

Lunch - leftover pasta from last night

Snack- apple

Dinner- potatoes, extra lean steak mince, onions, carrots, peas, mushrooms and gravy (2pp)
