It's gone out the window Sarah as the school inspectors are in Monday and I'm stress eating. I'm gonna try to control it better today as hopefully going to the shops to get some food in after I've been into work this morning. Also had pizzas with in laws on Thursday and were out for a meal last night. They are stopping at my boyf's brothers tonight so I'm gonna make a quorn bolognaise for myself or maybe a chilli.

Don't be silly becks!

My back went after spending a whole week working 12 hrs a day in school and eating complete sh*te. Ergo 6 pounds on.

Then last week I comfort ate due to the inspectors being in mon and tues and back pain and celebration until Tuesday of this week.

Another 6 on!

But it's ok. Despite being in quite a bit of pain, I started doing sw plan (which is so similar to sf I gets confused like!) it looks like I've lost 5 SO don't worry about the diet this weekend and restart Monday.

You Newcastle NI or UK?
 
God you've had quite a time of it, hopefully an easier time ahead for you. I hope the back pain eases up soon.
I'm in the uk. I'm at work now and will be in tomorrow , i cant work well from home, too many distractions! feeling a little despairing and right now want to cry but I think that's because my period is due tomorrow so a little hormonal, doesn't help with the eating either! I'm making some time this afternoon as its the only time this weekend that I'll get to myself. I need to zone out from it all for a couple of hours, I won't get that tomorrow as think meeting up for dinner in the afternoon. Im sure it'll all be fine but it is stressful and A lot of pressure! Soon be over! X
 
Day five!

Breakfast- 1 slice of whole meal bread and Philly light

Lunch- tesco cafe baked potato and beans and side salad

Fruit

Dinner - Chinese- beef in oyster sauce and soft noodles and rice

Galaxy cake bar

Don't worry bout it beck, when Monday comes u will b able to relax a bit more and get back on track, I'm sure if u gain it will come off the next wk!

I'm trying not to use tablets- they've been making me sicky!

The only thing I hate more than the pain is the tiredness - don't seem to have any energy at all this weather :(
 
It's d'o annoying that nothing can b done! I don't see how the docs can just leave u like this

Dinner didn't go to plan but in pain and just phoned in sick for next two days so can try to get better. Monday can restart the week nicely x
