The shell of an Easter egg isn't that bad actually. I know I'll be buying another one (I've already eaten my one I bought last week!)

Thanks sarah!! A lot has happened in work and now back is buggered thus a stone on !!

The Jaffa cake bar uses up syns unfortunately :(

Sw and sf are practically the same so I expect good results ;)
 
A stone isn't bad for the time uve had off plan!

I'm just so annoyed with myself as I should have been to goal by now but at least I'm back AND instead of coming here for support I've avoided the forum. :(
 
Day three back on the wagon!

Breakfast-

Shape yogurt with blueberries and strawberries

Tea break- coffee with skimmed milk and sweetener

Lunch- tuna and uncle bens whole meal rice (2/3 pouch)
Apple

Dinner- mushroom burger and ???
 
Oh my goodness- just had the mushroom burger with a sweet and sour mugshot with the water drained mmmmmm

Blueberries
Yogurt

Lunch-

1/2 tin of tuna and rice
Apple

Dinner-

Either: beef in black bean with boiled rice

Or

Potatoes, bns and chicken breast
