Here's the new and improved version -

Put 500g mince in a bowl
Chuck in a load of herbs and medium curry powder
Add a dollop of Knorr chicken stock
Break in an egg and mix well

Put into a meatloaf tin and cook at 200 for 30 minutes.

A load of fat comes out - I take it straight out and put on a plate to drain and cool.

No, but I think I mentioned on someones thread, I have a huge pile of ironing glaring at me, Colleen bought it down to the kitchen so I couldn't "forget" it :D
