No carbs in Whiskey lol - my only saving grace!!!
I don't know really Di, don't track it that closely, just spend a lot of time on the scales so that I know from day to day whether what I am doing is ok or not. I do have a blow out quite regularly but I then have to cut right back for the next few days to get back down. Have got to say it is hard work keeping on track but worth it as I really don't want to go back to what I was.
