OMGGGG - I made a toffee and butterscotch cake this morning and ate it whilst still warm with some strawberries - it was orgasmic lol - I was in heaven yum yum

About 15 mins they are deep think maybe less time in a bigger dish to make it less thick

I use the plastic cartons that you get takeaway food in ie cheesy chips I use 5 scanbran and 2 eggs it fills the tub and takes about 7.5 mins in the microwave

Cool thanks I will try that tomoro hadn't thought of using that had been using my oven dishes looking forward to baking again in the morning got a v dry lemon on for breakfast!

if its that dry you could break it up into a yogurt to soften it. I would make smaller ones they cook better and last about 3 days

Yes I was thinking along those lines. Will carry on experimenting only made 3 so far but def love them!
