I had an excellent night out yesterday and best of all still have some syns left over It was a really late night though.

I've just made Joseph an apple...well a big sort of turnover. He only bought one apple so not sufficient to fill a pie dish. He's just eating 1/3 of it...does smell good!

Did you make the sweet and sour sauce ?

No I was actually going to use chopped tomatoes and tom. puree but found a small amount of S&S in a box in the freezer so thought I'd use it up....been in there ages. Think there was a lot of water crystals in there because it certainly coated all the stirfry nicely.
