Yes I would try...if we go; but it's terribly hard with food choices for me. I think Joseph just wants to go out somewhere...

Well I've worn the elasticated ankle support all day and have felt the benefit. I took it off a little while ago but put it back on again because the ache came back...I feel it's giving my ankle some extra support. Maybe that's what I needed.

Ankle felt much better in bed last night too.
Scales down 2 1/4 - 10. 7 1/4.... so pleased I wasn't tempted to cave yesterday!

Am wearing the ankle support again and hope I can walk a little too...there are some fairly flat places near the car park. Weather says 10 degrees and sunshine!! Hardly Bahamas but...

Had a nice sit in the car at the country park just watching the people walking and playing with their dogs. Boy it was a freezing wind up there...very high point above the cliffs!! Joseph got out and had a short brisk walk but said it was very cold.

Yep took flask of hot water so Joseph could have a ginger & lemon tea....and my choc; he had one of those gigantic cookies!
Just eaten our main meal at 6pm!

Waiting for his cousin to ring from Florida...I found her on fb...not sure how many years since they last saw one another; she was probably a child. Joseph's 16yrs older. Anyway....he's excited! And when the weather improves we'll drive down to Worthing and find his other cousin (her brother.) We saw him just before we left for Spain; he sold Joseph's American car for him in London...but have lost touch.
