Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

Oh yes opposite would certainly describe us yet also so similar in other ways

My sil lives in a 3 bed flat crammed with 'stuff'... In fact she now sleeps on a camp bed in the lounge/dinning room as all the bedrooms are full!! Kitchen is a health risk as are the two bathrooms. Having said that she's ultra fussy about what she eats, won't see the doctor or take any meds, has very high blood pressure. Sad to say she clearly has mental health issues which include delusional obsessive behaviour about the people who live in the block of flats. Convinced her phones are being tapped etc so turns them off which is a worry when you can't get hold of her to check she's OK.

Scale showing 10.1 1/2 today so that's fine with me too.

Run out of yogurt for breakfast and Morrison's didn't have any either this morning...pain!

Breakfast: Options (2) baked beans, 2 fried eggs, banana, 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: jacket potato, feta (HexA) 1/2 can tuna (HexB) salad, fat free dressing.
Snack: Options (2) 2 squares dark choc (7)
Supper... back later to update

That's very sad about your sister in law. It must be difficult to watch .

We are nowhere near that bad but I seem to get attached to everything and anything and coupled with the fact I can't stand waste means I struggle to give away a top or skirt etc just because it is a few years old !

Yes I know what you mean about clothes, especially if you've paid £££ for them...I tend to hang onto those too.
Evidently my sil phoned the police at the w/e about the people upstairs and 'told them everything' about the harassment. I told Joseph that it only needs someone to be on the ball and make a call to mental health and she would then be in the system.

Having worked for social services it's very hit and miss as to whether they reveal your name... I just know Joseph hasn't really slept for 3 nights and it's dragging him down. He rang his elder sister this morning but she's got so much to cope with at the moment with her husband and his failing health that she's running herself into the ground too. No wonder he's not sleeping.

I do too. He's been saying his nerves feel bad for a few days. Joseph is quite unique for a man...he talks about how he feels and what's worrying him so at least he doesn't bottle it all up but it's not good for his B/P either. He's missed Tai Chi this morning because he feels so tired so had breakfast and then went back to bed. Hope we can go out later for a while, maybe for a walk in the country park; that will do him good.

Popping in to subscribe Janet Elizabeth, now that I can see your signature whilst I am on a proper PC x

I hope you have had a nice walk.

I have been stuck on the office all day and it seems really nice outside
