You are lucky I can never predict my weigh in as I obviously eat before weigh in etc
 
Quick run down of today's eating which has had several extras.

Breakfast: at group Options (2) chopped fruit & yogurt (HexA)
Snack: rest of Lidl choc when I got home... (12)
Lunch: jacket potato, tuna mayo (1/2) tomatoes, cue, beetroot & fat free dressing
Snack: Option (2) manor house cake (15) 3 rich tea (6) small choc (7)
Supper: minis (HexB) papaya, kettle crisps (6.5) mini roll (6) 2 hobnobs (6)

Total syns: (some are a bit of a guess) 63 :eek:
Breakfast & lunch were good and on plan!! :p

You can make free spring rolls using lasagne sheets and I'm sure you can get gluten free ones

Or we now make our own with rice papers which are about 1 syn each plus filling which is usually free.

I love sweet chilli sauce. I am terrible I don't syn ketchup only occasionally mayo and never sweet chilli sauce - oooops

Lunch: homemade savoury rice (2) 4 spring rolls (18)no chilli sauce; I wouldn't have tasted it with amount of chilli & garlic in the rice!
Snack: Options (2) choc (7) rich tea biscuits (10)
Supper: corn thins (HexB) tofutti (HexA) Options (2) minis (HexB)

Leading question that!!

Total syns: 56...lower than yesterday...maybe hope for tomorrow!!

Haven't come across the gingerbread flavour desserts yet...

Definitely can't count syns today. Scales hiked again, 10.7 1/4! :eek: better call a halt now...

Breakfast: Options, 1 sausage, grilled tomato and fry light egg, walnuts, apple.
Lunch at Wetherspoons: fish & chips & peas, choc fudge cake & ice cream.
Snack: Options, *note no choc :D
Supper: 2 crumpets, flora light, banana.

Lovely day today about 20 degrees so we went to the country park this morning and walked for 2 hrs.
