Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

My scales have gone back into the wrong kilo bracket and obviously we have a meal out planned later

Well have done my best today. Joseph asked me to make a nut loaf for lunch...I had some but haven't done any calculations. Maybe not too high in syns?
Must be my day for cooking again as the next request was a sultana cake...I made a sultana loaf using a recipe I'd never used before. It's an old one and was in ounces which wasn't a problem but I misread the amount of boiling water for 1/2pt instead of 1/4pt. I sort of realised and so added another couple of spoons of flour and hoped for the best!! lol. He's just eaten two slices and said it was good! phew! He can be my best & worst critique!

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: 2 slices nut loaf (?) frylight roast potatoes, steamed cauliflower, broccoli & carrots, 1 tsp cranberry sauce (0) (1tbsp = 1)
Snack: Options (2) choc (7)
Supper: minis (HexB) apple

Total syns: 11 + nut loaf

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: 1/2 bowl butternut & carrot soup (1?) (leftover) savoury rice (2?) chicken style pieces, steamed brussels sprouts, carrots, green beans & peas.
Snack: Options (2) choc (7)
Supper: minis (HexB) apple.

Total syns: 14 approx

When I make the soup I use a big fry pan with some EVOO and saute the onion, carrots & squash a little...probably a couple of tbsps. Then I just add stock cubes and hot water and simmer until cooked. Blitz the lot, tip into a big pan and liberally add coriander, salt & pepper. That lot made 8 portions.

Can you make some progress during tomorrow?
