Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

Food for the day:
Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: chicken style pieces sauteed with veggies and Cantonese sauce (5) rice
Snack: Options (2) small choc (7)
Supper: corn thins (HexB tweak) small portion Tofutti ( part HexA) canned fruit in light syrup (HexB tweak) 2 spoons yogurt (part HexA)
Total syns: 16 + plenty of Hex's today!
 
I had a popcorn options today new limited edition and it was really nice
 
I haven't seen that one...

Scales smidgen down 10.6...
Not a good day....the new Pizza Hut has opened it's doors just up the road from me...:cool:

Breakfast: Options, chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt, walnuts
Snack: Mrs Crimbles small bag cheese biscuits, Aero bar
Lunch (3.30pm) Pizza Hut medium 8 slices deep pan margarita, salad, oil & vinegar dressing.
Snack: Options, aero bar
Supper: canned fruit, 2 spoons yogurt.

Unfortunately it's not a restaurant only take away...I didn't realise they didn't do individual size deep pan only medium. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and we should have ordered just one medium, not the but one get one free! So yes...8 slices! lol. Was nice though and I certainly didn't want to have some and the rest later.
 
Bed late last night (we'd cancelled the trip we were supposed to be going to today) and slept really well.
Scales surprised me by only being up 1/2lb after the carb fest yesterday...10.6 1/2. Better call that a day now and get back to plan. Definitely don't want to see another gain next week.
 
Yes I saw they did gluten free...maybe should have asked if they were deep pan too?

OK moving on to todays food...haven't been terribly good...

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: steamed leeks, sprouts, peas, cabbage, cubed potatoes covered with Bisto cheese sauce (4.5) soya cheese (HexB) then baked in the oven and 2 slices nut loaf (?)
Snack: Options (2) chocolate mini eggs....don't ask how many! :eek: (never should have been tempted to buy them!)
Supper: minis (HexB) 2 slices sultana cake, scrape flora light.

Way over syns....:(

Today WILL be a good 100% plan day....
Has to be or I will be :rant2:at weigh in...!!!

Snack: Options (2) small choc (7)
Supper: minis (HexB) banana & grapes

Total syns (a more respectable) 11
