Thankfully today has been another good day...didn't cave at my daughter's while cooking the twins tea!!

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: jacket potato, 2 sausages, carrots & green beans, drizzle tomato sauce (1/2)
Snack: Options (2) small choc (7)
Supper: minis (HexB) banana, apple, grapes, Options (2) (just decided to have this)
Total syns: 13 1/2

Joseph was at Tai Chi this morning so I went round Asda, Lidl and Morrison's for some odds and ends. I bought some different Linda McCartney foods to try. The rosemary & red onion sausage plait - 2 in a box...20.5 each. Box of 4 vegetarian country pies - 20.5 each. Checked the syns when I got home of course! lol.

Food for the day:
