Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

Oh the pies are lovely but I had to stop buying them due to the syn value and I've never had the plaits I bet they are yummy too

Good luck for WI today Janet, and I'm quite shocked at the syns for the pastry things, as even higher than the Gregg's sausage roll I had on Monday (18 syns).

Thanks Jaffa...
The sausage roll is 407 calories so that's about right I think.

Weighed in at 10.4 so down 1lb...happy about that.

I have a meal out on Friday (22nd anniversary of when Joseph & I met) and a birthday on Saturday evening. That's an unknown quantity, don't know if it's nibbles or food served.

This is the new me day!! :p

Food for today:
Breakfast at group: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: small jacket potato, L.Mc sausage plait (20.5) steamed carrots & sprouts. (the sausage plait was very filling!)
Snack: Options (2) naked orange bar (7)
Supper: minis (HexB) grapes, Options (2)

Total syns: 33.5
I'm actually OK with that because it was all planned. (unusual for after weigh in!!)

The variety is huge to choose from now which should suit everyone these days.

But you still only get crappy fruit and not a proper dessert when you get a vegan meal. My tofu steak thing was lovely coming back from New York

Next trip is Tenerife in January with my mum for her 75th

That will be a lovely trip for your mum. I've been to Tenerife so many times, we had a time share apartment. I left my ex husband paying for that, think he sold it finally.

I saw on Lynne's post you were talking about ridges in your finger nails. I know I had them for many years but if I stay (almost) wheat free I don't have them...is that any help?
