Couldn't get off to sleep last night because of the sciatic pain so took a med...slept through to 10am! Scales were awful of course...10.7!
Just been invited out for a slice of cake this afternoon by my daughter...Joseph's coming too!

Thanks yes the afternoon tea went very well. I really felt I had to make a point that she wasn't playing around at just inviting me and ignoring Joseph. Well what could she say but yes he was invited too!
She highly recommended the gluten free choc cake...:drool: it was sooo good!!

Oh would be nice Jaffa but I'm under no illusions about my daughter! Matt was on a day off work...I really think they were scheming for him to be there too but Joseph coming scuppered that plan! Oh well....just have to see how it all plays out.

My scales appeared to be down but I know I didn't eat a lot of food yesterday so its more likely food weight then diet loss unfortunately
